Poch is showing a level of understanding between the team that is getting better. We have a final, semi final and more goals this year with our youngest team thus far. It needs more time. Pochettino started the season with fear (if we started the season with palma as attacking midfielder i think we should have been in top 4) pochettino problem is that 3 midfield, just play a creative midfield, we didn't beat 19 and 20 because pochettino was playing Gallagher as 11 (how can you play Gallagher as a winger and you want to be in top 6 of epl)

Why keep picking Jackson when he is missing so many sitters? He is not ready to play. Why keep playing players out of position? Why keep making substitutions in game that don't make sense? Stop reverting to 5 at the back. It doesn't work. Team selections are wrong, Stop being negative in your mindset as soon as you have to protect a lead and trust that the game is going to continue to flow in the same way. Sterling should never be on the bench. Why are so many players injured during training, have you looked at that? There are many good aspects of your coaching and coaches, but you have areas you need to improve. The buck stops with the Coach and you need to accept responsibility for the situation. Losing 5-0 at Arsenal in itself is a sackable offence. You are lucky that the board have kept faith so far. But you can improve, constantly picking Jackson every game is insanity given his performance in front of goal. or play him on the left wing which is his position, he is not a striker, get a striker please. Washington is a striker, play him instead. Its better to play players in their natural positions. You need to improve.
