Poch has been getting a lot of criticisms lately. But he is brilliant at scouting young talent and bringing them to greatness. He made Son Heung Min’s PL career. He wanted him at Southampton but Son said no. Now , he is doing the same with Palmer. I have no doubt Palmer will achieve greatness.

Poch you're doing a great job ! An exodus of experienced players, replaced by young players only, as part of a long term strategy, and then, 10 to 11 players injured every week. New manager, new systems, new players -- and most chelsea fans scream for his sacking; like, as if, they believe, despite the transitions in flight, we are expected to play at the level of Liverpool, Man City, etc. Head in the sand, peeps. Go Poch. Matters not which clubs you coached before.

This isn't thought of or said enough - there's been a mass exodus of experience at Chelsea, and Poch has done really well to build something relatively cohesive out of this group of players with little to no experience

@@wallacekwasu Go and watch highlights from a year ago under Potter and try to tell me that there aren't clear patterns of play forming under Poch. I think Potter got a harsh deal, but Poch has got us to a final, another semi-final and we just got our first big comeback win. Fans needs to trust a lot more in our manager

He doesn't take any accountability for any loses, it's always something else, and we can clearly see his tactics on display, clueless. I'm a Chelsea fan through and through, I think he's a good mid level manager but not a top class manager like Pep or Tuchel. We've had them before, and he is not one.
