You must always play to your strengths in life, not just in football, to be a potential winner. Our strength lies with our offensive players not our defence, which is our weak point. On the recent Stick To Football podcast Rio Ferdinand mentioned something that was telling. When David Moyes took over from SAF the first thing he’d said in his team talk in preparation for a game was concentrating and concerning himself first and foremost with the opposition. Ferdinand was like ‘hang on, we’re Man United, we’ve never approached a game with this mindset before’ - a perfect example of a pragmatic manager (like Southgate) who’s primary thought is playing not to lose, rather than playing to win!

As united fan this gave me the chills and heartache, but watching it again I’d just have to commend Chelsea for being relentless till the very end. Cole Palmer really is a delightful player.

Now, this is the Chelsea I fell in love with 18 years ago. This is the Chelsea of Didier Drogba! This is the real Blues! Thank you Blues, well done and I love you! ⚽️💯👌🙌👏🏻😍💙😊

Palmer is singlehandedly carrying this team. To think that he has 16 premier league goals this season( just two behind Haaland ) is nuts. What a player.

Don't defend poch, he is too slow tactically. Adrenaline went high when he brought two defenders while we are loosing 3-2. Common poch, throw in all attackers, he did,but too late.

The clip we've all been waiting for! Blowing up a 2 goal lead and losing till the 1th minute only to win at stoppage time is still surreal to me. These are the types of results that shape the character of a young team as ours. Another Premier League Classic!

Not a Chelsea fan but went to this game with a mate who is and who decided we should leave on 90 mins. We heard the cheers for the two late goals as we were walking away from the ground. My mate was spitting feathers and saying he was straight on the phone to TalkSport to chime 'Pochetino out.' Shortly afterwards we're listening to TalkSport and Jamie O'Hara saying he was sure there were loads of Chelsea fans who were about to call in with 'Pochetino out' rants. It was truly, very funny.
