For every action there is a reaction. Similarly, for every swing position there is a subsequent matching reaction. Take the grip for example. If you grip with an open face, you must rotate the hand to close the face at impact. Open face position creates a closing face reaction.
In this video, I will show you what I call swing match-ups. In the Single Plane Swing, everything matches for a simple and consistent Golf Swing.

About the Single Plane Swing:
The Single Plane golf swing is not a quick fix golf technique. It is a system, beginning at address, that simplifies the most important moment of the golf swing - impact.
Starting at address on two planes where the arms hang straight down at address, the Conventional golf swing is complicated. Because the arms are hanging straight down, a conventional golfer must lift the body into impact creating stress on the back.
This upward movement to accommodate the two planes is unnecessary.
The Single Plane Golf swing simplifies the golf swing by eliminating the need for the upward movement by starting and impacting on the same plane.

"Be careful what you learn on KZread" is the best advice for everyday living. Graves Golf has the system and the model for learning the single plane swing and for providing feedback. I know a few musicians who think they are great, but have they heard themselves? Not so much. Results don't lie. As a new Single Plane Academy member I am now seeing results where before not so much. I'm looking forward to the 3-Day school!

My favorite part about following the model is when I get to the Tee box and most look at me funny because of the address but then I launch one right down the middle 285-295.

I'm used to people looking at me funny.😀 Now, with the Lock n Roll putter it kind of adds pressure until you start making them, and they start asking me what am I doing? Some are saying they gotta check out Graves Golf!
I'm just getting into the whole single plane swing thing. I tried it over the weekend with my driver at the driving range. The last 10 balls I hit 5 or 6 drives farther than I ever have in my life. They were straight, not too high, and not too low. This weekend I will give it a shot with my irons. I'm hopeful!

Just make sure you get the fundamentals correct. I works every time.
The model is good, but its hard to learn after 35 years of a traditional swing. But that brings me ro MY favorite part of it: if you follow rhe model, back pain goes away. Its like magic. Even if i never learn to hit it better using this swing, i dont care. Pain free golf is a joy and a privilege! Thank you Todd!
