Those are great!
I think this science based approach to sports will soon begin to translate from lifting to other areas because of contributions like this, please keep going 🙏

I plan to! Thank you so much! 🙏🏻
Great video, love your channel dude, I have a question, will training for muscular endurance have any benefit after you train that muscle to failure in strength training (as in 5 - 6 sets of 3 - 5 reps)

If you try to train it in the same session you won’t get the adaptation you’re looking for. If you’re trying to train for strength and muscular endurance concurrently you won’t get the full benefits of either. It’s better to train a cycle for strength and then switch goals. Thanks for the kind words! 🙏🏻
Whats up with tendon and fascia elasticity where eastern martial artist create tension with their tendons and release for very high speed strikes. It's called internal power, look up kevin lee on that topic and also nei gong masters.

I’ll have to look those up! A lot of those old school guys are super quick.

Specifically something to do with pulling or stretching the tendons and fascia and using elasticity to release strikes like an arrow.@@combatathletephysio
Are there any supplements that benefit tendons, ligaments and cartilage that you would recommend? I've done my "research" as a non expert, and I've found contradictory opinions

As far as I have seen, there aren’t many supplements that have made it through any meaningful research. Collagen supplements may have some benefits in certain circumstances, but a consensus has not yet been reached. I’m a fan of mastering the basics like resistance training, diet, and recovery. You’ll be golden if you do those well!
Stiffer tendons are better for explosiveness. But how ca we explain the flexibility and resistance of gymnasts tendons ? Those who do olympics rings are incredibly strong and flexible.

Good question! Gymnasts have adapted to be able to generate a large amount of force at long lengths. Think about every time they grab the rings, let themselves fall down, and use their momentum to help pull themselves up into different positions. This is a high rate and magnitude of force through the tendons of the wrist and fingers. Their grips are incredible. They are up there with climbers in my opinion since the stimuli are similar. Long duration holds with dynamic movements sprinkled in.
I was searching a channel like this for a long time But found just a misguiding basta*d mario rios
