    👉 One more important point to note is as follows (Missed this point in the video): ✔ Though the assignment of Development or Non-Development project depends on the companies business requirements, It is often evident from previous students experiences that the employees with starting salary roles (*reference below) are more likely to get support and non-development related works compared to the higher salary ones. ✔ Also, because of the same reason, the students are not required to present high expertise in the coding skills for starting salary roles compared to the higher ones. * In Accenture ASE role, in Wipro Project Eng role, in TCS Ninja role, in Infosys SE role and in Cognizant GenC role have more chances of getting support/non-development roles as we have in Accenture SE role, in Wipro Turbo Eng role, in TCS Digital role, in Infosys Power & Digital specialist role and in Cognizant GenC Next roles respectively, mainly recruited for the development/development-related projects. * This is purely based on our personal analysis and reviews from other students and the only intention is to help students understand the corporate scenario. The role allocations sometimes change as per the company's business requirements.

    Hi sir, now I have Cognizant genc on campus offer, but I wanted to apply to off campus for Capgemini company sir,, here both companies will conduct exams through superset platform only, if i apply to Capgemini off campus will it affect my present offer sir that is cognizant genc, will they cancel my offer of genc?? Please reply sir,, i am so confusing about this, pls clarify sir

    @@VivekGangi yes I read the same, but I didn't find any mention of Genc ELEVATE so I asked you particularly about it, if ELEVATE selects are treated same as Genc or some difference is maintained, please let me know?....and thanks for the quick reply, hope your channel reaches more and more people every day!

    Hi Geetesh. Thank you for your support. Though there is no official mentioning by the officials in the job profile, even ELEVATE is going to be developer role or development related roles. So you need not worry, even if you shift companies later, you are going to have a good career. For additional information, GenC Pro is going to higher development roles like Product developer, Salesforce developer, etc. GenC next is going to be for project related specilisation roles like Cybersecurity, AI, ML, etc. Please note that this allocation is the most probable prediction and this might also change as per Company's business requirements.     Bro nice video. In cognizant GenC onboarding, I have completed upto 17 pre joining formalities. Is nsr registering mandatory for onboarding pass? Will they reject based on this?

    Hi Anand. I'm unsure if it's mandatory. But NSR registration takes very less time to apply and you even get the online card immediately. So try and apply now. It's mandatory in most of the companies and it's better to apply and have it in hand.
