The Asari pathfinder didn't die because they tried to peacefully contact the Kett. They died because Sarissa stole important data from them. So yeah, Sarissa and Sarissa alone fucked the Asari. Also, Ryder's mom doesn't have an unspecified disease. She has cancer from working with Ezzo.

I'm apparently one of the only people who actually thinks Andromeda is pretty good. 🤷 I had the benefit of playing it a couple years after it came out though, so a lot of the early kinks were ironed out. Great video though. I may may have a different opinion of the game but i can appreciate your style of entertainment. Good stuff. 😎

I don't hate Andromeda. I think it's too bloated for what it is, which is a kind of silly spin off of the Mass Effect story. I think if they had leaned into the camp more and cut it down to a brisk 8 hours or so, it would have been a lot better received.

If the Devs had made the Iniciative a shadow plot by the Illusive man and Serverus... the Krogan plot and everything else would have worked for the story The game is technically a Midquel. d...so it being a plan to save humanity (in case Sheppard failed )while making the other species partially pay for it, with plans to off them of during travel or upon arrival would have been been actually great Heck they even made a Novel (and i actually audio listened to it) about how the minor races arc had a genocide virus in it... Cerverus having agents in the Initiative, maybe even your dad would have been a great plot twist along side all the amazing possibilities they could have taken, like asking you a few questions about your Sheppard and endings so at the 3rd ark a ship that had escaped the galaxy reached you with a confusing ending...maybe some robots, or reper drones or even some technoorganic thing mutated by the trip Or even a terrifying image of the actual leader of the good alien faction being a "benevolent reaper" giving a shock to the audience while having the protagonist and allies being non the wiser .... so many possibilities were just there for the taking. Like actually letting you being a snarling imperialist or just siding with the bad guys.. so many options could have been taken if they didn't waste haf of the dev time in trying to do no mans sky and then abandoning the concept...

I unironically started liking Andromeda when I got to Eos and turned around this whole shitty situation and saved some people. The moment they start a colony and acquire some hope that it will work out - it's a feeling I can't describe. Yeah, it's not as good as the original trilogy and you can't really roleplay as a complete asshole, but there is some potential there. Too bad all romances suck ass - I mean, Vetra is the best girl, but what do they give you - a hug? That's all? Also, considering Illusive Man's real name is Jack Harper it would be funny if Cora was his daughter.

Actually, that's a quality idea. The only problem is that shorts views rarely translate to views on the broader channel since they're so disposable. Still probably worth doing though considering how long it takes me to make a regular video vs the 3 hours it takes to make a short, and how most of my videos could probably be distilled down to three or four good jokes. Thanks for the tip.

I unironically enjoyed Mass Effect Andromeda. But not as a mass effect game. More as it's own thing. Probably because I played AFTER they fixed some of the issues. Gameplay wise I enjoyed it. But they definitely could have done a better job with it.

The andromeda concept had potential, the combat was engaging and post all the patches it’s like a solid 6 outta ten I wish BioWare would make a true sequel and give it even a little bit of love and care. But it’s BioWare so that’s not gonna happen.

I actually liked the combat in Andromeda. It was the only thing that pulled me through to the end. That said, playing Vanguard is, and has always been the funnest way to play to play Mass Effect games. Nothing like slamming into people like a drunk Krogan with a shotgun. Even if in 3 I lost count on how many times i've slammed into a mini boss that has grab insta killed me for it.
