Here's another thing people don't really mention about Jacob's romance. If you break up with Jacob for Garrus in ME2, Jacob calls him a "Cuttlebone." An Anti-Turian slur created by Humans during the First Contact War. Jacob casually calls Garrus a fucking slur for Shep breaking up with him. He absolutely deserves more than just a simple bitch slap.

There are reasons for why many players choose to have him leaving Collector Base in body bag. Not to mention the fact that sleeping with someone once or twice is hella different to having girl knocked up while you "GF" is in jail(though Shephard was not precisely in a jail, but was grounded on Earth, under constant surveilence). Jacob just needs to go during Collector Base.

@@HanithSVK Went even beyond that with Jacob as another analysis of him pointed out, almost everyone was doing "something" while you were grounded to prepare for the reaper invasion...Jacob does some navel-gazing, hooks up with another girl, and knocks her up...that's it.

It was six months since the end of ME2 and the beginning of ME3. Even if we low ball and say the its been a 18 months from the separation to the reunion, Jacob is still a piece of trash.

His new "GF" is expecting, it was not born yet. We were not given specific details about timeline, but all things considered, i would say that she was not farther than 3 months, maybe 4 months. Basically, his old GF was placed under "arrest" and held grounded back on Earth and in meanwhile, Jacob helped scientists escape and his new girl milked him out of gratitude.

The baby isn't born yet by ME3, and Jacob's girlfriend isn't really showing so I imagine she was in the early stages of pregnancy, meaning Jacob was likely only cheating during Shepard's incarceration after the events of ME2. Doesn't make cheating any better, but it helps to understand the timeline.

This is why you send Jacob in the the vent in the suicide mission 😅

😂😂😂😂😂 In seriousness though, I felt this made for an interesting play through for my FemShep. She romanced Kaiden in ME1 Broke up on Horizon in ME2 and romanced Jacob. Finds out Jacob cheated on her and Kaiden admits that he still loves FemShep and reconciled. I’d say it worked out for my girl.

Worst part about his romance is that by the time you find him in ME3, it’s already too late to romance anyone else, they could’ve at least done Fem Sheps a solid and done it earlier so they could’ve been with someone else

There's a mod I saw where male shepard slaps him. 😂

Jacob was always a bit sus so I vented him.

They did my guy so bad!! He could of been a N7 in ME3, or had some Phoenix Adept abilities. That being said, my boi BROKE Shepards heart! That's something nobody else can say lol

He didn’t just just leave Shepard, he left Shepard, met another woman, and got her pregnant in the span of like, two months. Knowing all this is why I let him go through vents when he volunteers during the final mission.

Now I know why most players send him to collector based vents 😂

Damn I never got this cutscene I keep losing Jacob in the ME2 collector base air vent 😢

Throw him out of the airlock.
