    100% agree with being on the right channels. Being there when your prospects are comparing you with competitors is so important and sometimes gets forgotten. On the simplification, I think it has to be done at the right time, like Jonny said, your blog can be complex but your product page needs to convey a simple message to help people make the decision. Thanks for the tips! Really interesting!
