March 2019 Budget Recap
Today, I am showing you how I close out my budget every month.
I am also showing you what my spending and budget looked like for March 2019.
What do you do with your budget after the month is over, and you’re ready to begin a new month? Most people don’t realize it, but your spending throughout the month gives you some incredibly helpful information.
One of the first steps to creating and sticking to a realistic budget is tracking your expenses. Your spending is the underlying foundation for creating a budget and ensuring that your budgets in the future are successful.
If you are not aware of where your money is going, you can’t make the best decisions for your dollars. Today, I am going to show you how to extract all of the vital information from your expense trackers using three helpful worksheets.

OBSESSED WITH YOUR VIDEOS!!! your budget book is what i have been looking for definitely the best i’ve seen so far! when will it be back in stock on your website?
I’m so annoyed I’ve been watching your videos for a few weeks and I even have the newsletter but I forgot to hit subscribe. I’m sorry. But now. Now I’m officially in the family. Lol
Just to make sure I am understanding, even though you have written everything on your envelopes you still use your tracker sheets??
Hi. Thanks for the video! These are probably the most comprehensive budgeting sheets I have seen. Can you do a mock video on how you would use this if you were budgeting every 2 weeks or paycheck to paycheck? Any changes or add-on you would make? Also do you have separate accounts for the sinking funds or just one account? How do you track them once they are written down? Thanks again!
I get paid regularly once a month and my husband gets paid twice a month from our regular day jobs. I have a side hustle that varies every month and I get paid once a month from it. My husband has a side hustle and is paid every time he works (twice a week). I'm not sure how to include the side hustles?
Do you track your sinking funds in the Cash Tracker, and then do you put it in your savings category?
How do you use, account for, and save the change amounts in your cash envelopes? I noticed on your expense tracker for cash you don't add in the change amounts.
Great video. Question, I have a 2000 sinking fund already saved for my car for this year (bmw is expensive) I just used about $850 for a tune up. Do I add the $850 (thats already saved and sitting in a sinking fund) to my monthly income to document and track sinking fund expenses or do I just monitor and track money in and out only on my sinking fund tracker ?
I purchased your printable envelopes for my daughter. What weight of paper should we get them printed on? Regular paper isn’t sturdy enough. Thanks!

Got a little lost, why the income never changes? I thought it depends on traffic from your website/sales/KZread 🤔🤔

I believe she had a set salary for herself and everything else goes back to the business 😊
Do you not invest much then?
I wish you’d zoom in, I hardly see the numbers or the labels
