Maple Syrup Part 3 | Drop Line | Les Stroud
Ойын-сауық
As many of you know I tap my own trees for maple syrup boiling. It’s a phenomenal experience my son Logan and I do every year. Here is my neighbour Glenn Skidmore who is very much a master at the process. I thought it best I “tap” into him to get this instruction presented properly!

I love these mini series. It like showing "lost" skills
The man knows his syrup
I came upon an extensive system of tubing someone had set up while out hiking one day. There's a restaurant near here that is famous for making and then serving (and selling) its own syrup.
Wow , I never realized those tree's bled like that 😁👍👍🇺🇸
That was so neat, thank you Les for these mini-docs!
this is more technology than I expected with maple syrup
Amazing new content, Les! Keep up the great work. Good to see you back at it. I appreciate it as someone who loves the outdoors and as a filmmaker.

This would make a great system for tapping Maple Syrup Trees and collecting into large plastic cans.

Nothing made me unsubscribe faster than turning a half hour thing into a bunch of five minute videos spread over several months.
