I can see a massive problem with this. If he has released and ready to release even more "millions" of emails/evidence, City's defence will have a day with this in court, it can easily stretch for another 2-3 years until they get familiar with all the evidence and all that crap.

But if a police stops a person to check where he done illegal activities or could find evidence of them being guilty, you’ll see that person screaming about their rights and try to test with the police officer patients, where it will also try to use massive number of laws to find out which one the police officer might not remember at that time to use it as an excuse to belittle that office and so on. I cannot have sympathy for such evil people or organisations working illegally (cheating) like Man City’d been doing for so many years now. I was shocked when the Premier League tried to check them as I thought they will be protected and I wasn’t surprised when Premier League came up with 115 ffp breached rules. I work in analytics and finance and I could easily tell that Man City are cheating by them breaking ffp rules. Now that they are so deep in their cheating, they are scared of the final result as they can be relegated and a serious relegation could even apply where they could be moved more than one league down, where it should happen to send a straight example to all clubs that cheating is not allowed

Pinto must be beyond stupid if he is lying about this. He is under witness protection, so there must be legitimate death threats against him and the police must really think he has important evidence and will be a strong witness in court/s. The death threats can come from football fans and it can come from clubs/owners of clubs. And if he lies under oath, he VERY much risks to get convicted of perjury and that will reward him with multiple years in prison. So, risking his own life and spending years of it in prison for some attention is very unlikely, but if he does, then he is beyond stupid.

Everyone seems to ignore the fact that they have never really denied the allegations. So far, their only defence was where the information was obtained.... a hacker. They never questioned any substance that was in the original leaks. Then they said the rules were unlawful. All they have said is they've never done anything wrong. Which shows they knew what they were doing all along and planned to ignore the rules. Something else nobody seems to have realised is this..... City/Sheikh Mansoor do not own their stadium. It is leased to them by Manchester Council. Why would City/SM spend 100s of millions of his own money to expand and vastly improve the value of stadium that they rarely fill anyway and do not own? Maybe its because Manchester Council sold the surrounding land cheap to SM. That land was "officially designated for desperately needed, affordable housing for the local community". That land is currently being turned into appartments and office space due to close proximity to the city centre. Making SM billions in profit over an extended period. This is suspicious to say the least. Manchester Council will have a lot of questions to answer when City are found guilty

As a person who studies cybersecurity I find this hard to believe that a juggernaut like city don’t have the best security top to bottom about all their documents and data and PII for him to have 5 hard drives full of data would mean that he would have to physically hack one of City’s computers and insert his own USB to Obtain this information and also he’s a known failed hacker before so this whole story is very very much SMOKE 💨

Nobody can blame the fans for any of this, but if found guilty they have to be relegated several divisions, I honestly feel sorry for the fans knowing the only way they got titles and cups were by your own club cheating. it makes the whole thing hollow and worthless, and as a fan I would rather give them up then have these cheat trophies on my shelve, also as a fan I would want answers and ask that the state owned club be sold to trust worthy people and start a fresh with honesty and integrity. and put this all behind us.
