Man City CHEATING EXPOSED?🚨Newcaslte NEXT to fight TYRANNY?

Спорт

Manchester City have launched an unprecedented legal action against the Premier League. This dispute, now a major confrontation among the country’s most powerful clubs, will be resolved through a two-week private arbitration hearing starting on Monday.
The outcome of this hearing could significantly reshape the professional football landscape and impact a separate hearing scheduled for November regarding City’s 115 alleged breaches of Premier League regulations and financial rules. This upcoming six-week hearing could result in substantial fines for the club's owners and potentially lead to relegation for Pep Guardiola’s highly successful team.

    Are Manchester City truly facing oppression by the Premier League, which they claim is hindering their potential to become the "best team in the world and winning multiple trophies? Or is their legal action against the Premier League, alleging they are victims of tyranny within a democratic framework, a admission of their own wrongdoing? This situation raises questions about whether City is being unfairly targeted or if their legal claims are an attempt to deflect from regulatory breaches. 📲- kzread.info/dash/bejne/pXeBj7CYqaiaqKg.html

    I don't understand why City have created this somewhat of an ultimatum to the Premier League. Now this goes one of two ways, either Premier League drops the 115/finds them not guilty or they double down as City are questioning their integrity now. Previously City's punishment would've been something trivial like a financial penalty and points penalty for the season they would be in once concluded as I didn't think the radical punishment would've happened. But now I can actually see Premier League stripping them of all their domestic titles post whenever these allegations for 115 begin. That is basically all their trophies they've won since the take over barring the CL/UEFA Super Cup/FIFA Club World Cup

What City are fighting for is the right for a midtable club like them to be able to challenge the status quo . The other owners are shortsighted or don't want to invest. You should pressure to either sell or invest, but they dont care. It's not a majority British/European ownership. it's almost all American. There are so many levels, but your own inadequacy as a club is forcing you to hold back progress through specific rules... It's the richest league in the world and will only get richer. Look at real madrid look at how the league performed in Europe last season. These rules don't make no sense. Newcastle has to sell their best players to get money to buy players 🤯.

  • @robertmarginean164
    @robertmarginean16424 күн бұрын

    What they're basically saying is that it's unfair that they can't get third party companies owned by the owners of Man City to sponsor the club. So essentially they're saying that if company X wants to make a deal with Man City to give them €500 million/month, and Man City agrees, the Premier League should just let it happen. And somehow they think that would be fair. And I still believe the TV rights split is completely unfair as it is, because that is something that should be based on the audience each team attracts. I mean, the way it is now, would be the same as if, at the end of the season, you would pile up all the money that came from shirt sales throughout the season, and Almeria would get as much of it as Real Madrid. Why should that be the case when people spent their money to buy Real Madrid jerseys predominantly? Why should every team get the same amount of money from TV rights when some attract a lot more viewers than others?

    If City lose both court cases, it opens the door for any club that feels they've lost revenue to sue them, any team that finished second in the league, any team knocked out of a cup competition by them, European teams knocked out of cup competitions by them, teams that missed out on European tournaments because they were there, teams that were relegated by losing to City, teams that missed out on players because they instead went to City, teams missing out on TV revenue because broadcasters chose to Air City games instead of theirs... If City win this first case, that sets precedent for Man United, Liverpool and Arsenal to sue the Premier league for not allowing their vote for larger TV revenues, it allows Chelsea, Everton, Nottingham Forest and Leicester to sue the Premier league over recent punishments, it allows Manchester United to sue for not being allowed to be bought out by Sky Sports because of the conflict of interest, it allows Chelsea to Sue again for not being allowed Sponsorship from Paramount because of conflict of interest, It allows any of the 20 clubs who voted against the 5 sub rule to sue the prem... And that's just from the top of my head.

    So Manchester City have gone from we have done absolutely nothing wrong and we have evidence to prove it… to now we don’t think the laws are unjustified. Just makes you wonder…. And I know City fans will back their club but if you are innocent, why waste more money for a counter-action lawsuit. Third party valuation can’t be the reason why they are looking to sue the premier league. Any organization that doesn’t have a third party subsidiary would agree with this rule. You can’t have a subsidiary/third party pay above fair market value for any sponsor deal. That’s simply a form of overstaing the financial of the company/club. I don’t understand how any financial expert would argue that. And other clubs have been done by it in the past. Terry brought up Chevrolet and United yesterday for the shirt sponsor deal… I think the same thing happened with AIG as United shirt sponsor that filed for government subsidies and bail out after signing a ridiculous shirt deal with United. Now imagine if those companies were owned by the United owners.. There is a fundamental issue here. Will be interesting to see what evidence City present in this case to merit their lawsuit.

    I still have no idea why clubs are allowed to vote, PL set the rules and if you don’t like it then take your team to the EFL or Vanarama. Imagine athletes allowed to vote for rules “ I vote Usain needs to wear slippers in the next race who hear ageees?” Sounds like madness right?

  • @samwize28

    To use your Usain bolt analogy - this would be like Prem clubs voting for City players to have to play with slippers. Which i agree would be madness, but has that actually happened? No, so its a silly comparison to make. What has actually happened is Prem clubs have voted that all clubs (including city) are not allowed to inflate sponsorship income via their owners. Sponsorship income should come from unrelated entities, and if they are from entities who are related parties, then the sponsorship deal must represent fair market value. Its quite simple mate.

    What I struggle to understand is, how do City fans even enjoy their teams success? How can it possibly feel good to see them win when you know your team had a significant advantage? They'll point to Guardiola "we didn't only win because of the money and players, it was great coaching!" I agree. Who pays his wages though? How much of it is on the books? Why would he want to stay at City for so long? Do you only care about seeing the players lift a trophy at the end? Idk man, I feel like if I was a City fan i'd be embarrassed seeing them win at this point

    This video offers a fair and balanced perspective. Terry emphasises that if the Premier League is found to be unfairly targeting Manchester City, he will support City. However, he also questions City's claims of being held back, considering they have matched Real Madrid in terms of income and are regarded as the best team globally. He rightfully asks how much more Manchester City believes they could have won or earned financially if not for the alleged constraints.
