Malabsorption - The Missing Link to Healing

Intestinal inflammation disrupts the digestive process and prevents certain nutrients from being absorbed.
Fat is one example. And when fat malabsorption occurs, more oxalates may enter the body. Essentially, fat can bind to calcium, which then prevents calcium from binding to oxalates in the gut and being eliminated in your bowels.
This specific condition involving fat malabsorption, known as enteric hyperoxaluria, is also associated with irritable bowel disease, chronic pancreatitis, bariatric surgery, and celiac disease.

Shutting down my gut three days before chemo and then three days after gave me a week to build back for the next chemo. I had four treatments. This strategy allowed maximum buildup for surgery and postoperative recovery. This was accomplished with an undamaged digestive system. This is an excellent video! Dr. Osborne hits so many vital points in this video. When dealing with any illness, always begin by looking at your diet & nutrient deficiency then assess other lifestyle choices and environment. When dealing with side effects from meds look at nutrient deficiency before taking additional medication. If your doctor does not include diet recommendations or refer you to a nutritionist/dietitian when prescribing meds for chronic illnesses you may want to consider finding another doctor. Again, awesome educational video!

I really recommend everyone to food testing first. Thank you, Dr. Osborne! I wish every doctor had the knowledge that you do. I've been diagnosed with fibro and a non smoking COPD type at one time was on oxygen, along with chronic fatigue, back pain, etc. For pain the best thing I found was Allithiamine which is B1 TTFD. It is said it crosses the blood brain barrier. I took 50mg daily felt nothing. But then found out for deficiency could take 1400+mg/day. After 2 days of 500mg I had Huge relief of the pain including back pain. You may need more. Heard this from EOnutrition on YT. For my lungs I took 4000mg per day for 3wks.. huge difference. I can mow my lawn without stopping. If I stop taking the potassium I go back to being out of breath again and takes weeks to improve again. I also have MTHFR and take 1000mcg of Methyl Folate but honestly don't really see a difference. I still have ups and downs but at least I'm not in pain with every move I make anymore. Hope this helps.

I asked my g.p. Many years ago, why i felt poisoned and didnt feel no matter what i did or how many vitamins and tinctures i took, that I was getting much in the way of nutrients! I thought it was because they gave me antibiotics for food poisoning when i came here, (young) one after the other, and had damaged my gut causing candidiasis. But how can you avoid our toxic wheat when its added to rice puddings! Plain crisps - yes i recently fancied avoiding wheat and wanted a snack, i checked the label as i dont like oils especially rapeseed, and on this well known brand, just ready salted had “milk” AND “wheat” in as well as shitty oil. I told the bloke in the shop as i didnt want anyone with sensitivity to gluten or lactose intolerance, and he was shocked! I said mmmm, just what i fancy to avoid wheat products, and, oh, they’ve ‘lovingly’ put it in your CRISPS! But seriously they put rapeseed oil and soya in everything, so you cant really eat any healthy snacks, and our fish is mainly farmed, which i wouldnt touch with a barge pole, and I dont know what you can have.

He has suggesting I can have surgery of the nasal septum, as it is narrow, enlarging it, will allow the air to flow freely. Also removing my tonsils which shows I have a grade 2, along with removing my uvula which shows it is long, then he will put a stitch after removing it. Watching this for my poor thin fur baby cat, she is 17 and we have been desperately trying to heal her IBD, tried soooo many different things she has been on high quality grain free fooods for years, she is getting worse chronic diarrhea and vet only offering RX that bring bad side effects and do not help. Have been trying pre and pro biotics, home made organic chicken and nothing working last 2 years, dramatic loss of weight poor kitty. Vets are not trained to find root cause, looking for other experienced helpers willing to help heal fur souls.

My cat had failing kidneys and was very sick . Vet recommended diet was very low protein and junk. I fed my cat what she is supposed to eat because she is a carnivore . Went to pet store and bought cans of rabbit , and other meats . She was running around again after a week and drinking plenty of water . I only use doctors for my pets and myself for referrals for testing.

Pet vaccination is highly overrated and a business. As puppies and kittens - yes! But once their immune system is fully developed it is not necessary. Our dogs never had any problems. 😄 Same for me, last vaccination made me faint while sitting down. Couldn‘t stand up for an hour. Vaccinations are for infants and living beings after chemotherapy, because their immune system is down to zero.

He is about to be put on beta blockers and I think its malabsorbtion and I am working very hard to firgure it out so that when the appointment comes I can speak clearly...Is it both?

I am a 21 yr. old college student and I am wondering if my frontal hair thinning is in any way related to my recently-discovered vitamin deficiencies (B12, folate, vitamin A, B5, a couple others). Fructose causes fatty liver. High fructose corn syrup also has trace mercury in it. Cutting grain, rice most specifiy, followed by oats will reduce growth of cells stimulated by the WNT enzyme cascade. Shh enzyme pathway, Sonic The Hedgehog, is a progrowth pathway used by 30 percent of cancers. Would have to know your exact cell line to know what pathway stimulates it to grow. Then you can cut the foods that stimulate that cancer to grow and/ or add foods/herbs that block that enzyme cascade.

Hi Dr. Osborne. I really appreciate your helpful information thank you! I was wondering if it's appropriate to take Ultra Digest and Gluten Shield on a daily basis as part of a daily supplement regimen if I am suffering from over a year of malabsorption and deficiencies? I feel like I'm always at risk of gluten exposure due to my shared kitchen environment. Do you also have other excellent multivitamins and possibly probiotics I could take daily to help myself heal? I've had severe malabsorption for the past year with chronic diarrhea daily, fatty foul smelling, clay colored and floating/sticking to the sides of loo stools, (no gallbladder since 2013 but only the past year suffering like this), deficiencies in A,D,E,K,Zinc,Iron and B vitamins for sure B1 & B12, unsure of other's. I've been struggling with severe full body inflammation and any time I deviate from a strict gluten free, grain free diet restricted time feeding window of 20:4, then I suffer with so much body pain I wear ice packs all over me. I have a severe histamine reaction to different food's also. I have gotten substantially worse after having covid August 2020. I cannot tolerate any cruciferous vegetables whatsoever. Thank you for any recommendations you can make. I don't want to only treat symptoms I need to heal and get to the root cause. Also, is there a way to know for certain if it's actually a gluten intolerance or really a glyphosate intolerance? Thank you again. I did previously ask similar on a different KZread video and you responded with a great answer but I don't know how to find that video, can't recall the video name, I'm sorry, I do appreciate your help. Thank you.
