People have to want to learn is the issue that isn’t really addressed. The lack of motivation and want to unlearn something old relearn something new or just to be interested in the topic is what is hard to find in a lot of humanity nowadays. I’m a hairstylist. I see it everyday in people the lack of hope/faith to educate self. Everybody thinks it’s their doctors job and if he or she isn’t telling them anything different they aren’t going to do it. Especially on their own. And most people won’t do the spiritual shadow work it takes to get away from being dependent on medicine. That’s the sad truth.

I agree. I work in and around medical offices and hospitals. Very obvious that overweight and elderly are dependent on the doctors for their health. Very sad to watch. I spend 8 hours a day learning in my car while I drive from audio books and podcasts , listening to many different subjects as a medical courier . My middle age educated friends are not interested in learning anything new either. Small talk, gossip and complaining about their health is the norm . We stay away from politics lol I get heated and I try to help them wake up and it isn’t received. They don’t want to change. Their diet of television and processed foods are not helping them be motivated. I don’t watch TV at all I find it to be frustrating and insulting. Thank you for the great advice and research! Your doing your part on earth . Be blessed 😇

After a brain injury 14 years ago, ive had many conversations with ' knowledgeable ' health practitioners, i decided to teach myself about nutrition and supplements, people like you have educated me and many others that want to learn about themselves and their problems and what many medications do to them. Most professionals aren't interested, even ones I've trusted over the years, and have categorically denied any side effects I've have had due to modern medicine, I'm not against it, i know many to benefit from them, but to not even acknowledge deficiencies etc is unbelievably wrong. Thanks for your invaluable time and efforts, much appreciated by many !

Supplementation of just alpha-tocopherol may lead to deficiencies in the other tocopherols and tocotrienols, so take a mix! The same is true for the vitamin B's. It's always more safe to get vitamins from food (for example the superfood liver) because we don't know everything yet about all the interactions. Natural food already contains the right mix most of the time, even if science hasn't identified some of these vitamins yet! Supplements should only be used if you need doses higher than are obtainable through diet. Also, it's safer to always avoid racemic mixtures (of R and L forms mixed). Get the right form! In case of vitamins E this is the R form, but for example for folate you need the L form (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate). Do your research, go for the most natural chemicals always.

Somehow another I have lost my comment I would like to share grandparents in south Louisiana as earliest as in the 1950s. Produce our own food 90% of it was if they didn't raise it we didn't eat it! They raise your vegetables that to eat. Grass-fed- beef, raise your own Hogs, use hog lard homemade butter, raise their chicken had fresh eggs. My grandparents both lived Starlite nighties perhaps older for they didn't have a birth certificate. My mother which was raised eating these Foods passed away a few years ago at the age of 96. Naughty seven shy a month. Consume these Foods all her life. And we have children did also. Having milk straight from the cow! And well water. Don't ever remember was saiid that my grandfather ever went to a doctor and all the years of his life. They lived healthy. Hardly had any sweets at all other than cane syrup and molasses. We were all healthy. Eating the best food in the world and didn't know it.( Now I can consider myself dead but not fell over yet)

4 years ago I was diagnosed with CIRRHOSIS DISEASE and I have tried everything I could to get rid of this , but it was all to no avail, until I saw a post on a health forum about an herbalist preparing herbal medicines to cure everything type of diseases. including CIRRHOSIS DISEASE , at first I doubted it was real, but decided to give it a try, when I contacted this herbalist through his email and he prepared me a herbal cure for CIRRHOSIS DISEASE and sent it to me via the delivery service of UPS from the company, when I received this herbal cure. , gave me step by step instructions on how to apply it, when I applied it according to the instructions I was totally cured of this deadly disease within 3 months of use, I am now totally free from CIRRHOSIS DISEASE , all thanks to Dr. Joshua Ighalo for helping me with my situation. You can also contact this great herbalist for help by email: drjoshua.ighalo@gmail.com or contact Dr. through his whats-app: +2349057958723. They also specialize in the treatment of all kinds of diseases, VIRUS HERPES , HEPATITIS B, CANCER, BRAIN DISEASE, INFERTILITY, DIABETES AND MORE.
