Is This Supplement Nature's Fountain of Youth? - Dr. Osborne's Zone

My go-to for Berberine supplementation:
www.glutenfreesociety.org/sho...
This week on Dr. Osborne's Zone, join me as I take a deep dive into Berberine! Berberine is a natural compound found in certain plants that has been used for thousands of years in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine. Scientists have been studying berberine extensively in recent years and have found that it has many health benefits, including anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties.
Berberine can also help with conditions like diabetes, cancer, arthritis, and infections, as well as improve metabolic parameters, reduce cholesterol, and increase testosterone levels. It has also been shown to extend the lifespan of mice and improve their overall health.

Make sure to join us at 6 PM Central on Tuesday!

I recommended Berberine to a customer who came into the store asking for help with elevated sugar. She came back a week later to share her sugar dropped 30 points. I also recommended gymnema to curb sugar cravings and it has other benefits in the digestive system with carbohydrate metabolism. It’s a wonderful herbal combination.

The only thing that concerns me is that it was approved by the FDA whose ONLY role as a government agency is to protect the interest of Big pharma and Big food and be their Watchdog! People could literally replace 10 or more toxic prescription medications with the one product you just discussed not to mention all the side effects and cost. It's a No-brainer thanks for all you do 💪😎👍

Taking something from without to fix something that is the effect of something within, may show nice things on a graph or the bell shaped curve that is used to keep us in check, will not fix the root of the issues going on to cause your high cholesterol or blood sugars. Do you know the brain is made of 90% cholesterol? You need cholesterol. Humanity is still in the playground of life. Digestion begins in the mouth. At every stop, through every organ, as the food goes through the pipeline, there is something in our foods, water, air and medicine that impedes the processes. Toothpaste kills bacteria/enzymes in the mouth. These enzymes/bacteria are needed for the regulation of stomach acid. Not enough of them and the stomach acid is too low. Then food is not digested properly. Leading to SIBO, GERD, every gut issue known, (which are all the same thing by the way just named different), they just have different forms. But all caused by too much bacteria or Imbalance which eats away at the mucus lining resulting in leaky gut. Then food proteins which are to stay in the intestines cross through into the blood upon which the immune system attacks creating inflammation. Now you have arthritis. You want to heal yourself? Fast. Drink distilled water. Distilled water with lemons. celery juice. Purchase a juicer and make your own juice. Eat nothing but living foods. You wont have to worry about sugar, carbs etc. I know people who have fasted for 40 days on nothing but distilled water. What we have been told of distilled water is lie. It removes the inorganic material the body is unable to break down. Period. Diabetes can be cured. And dont let anyone tell you different. Its all a lie to keep us in a pharmacological circle jerk. It is high times that no business be able to thrive off the backs of the sick for profit. Seek out the old books. In them you will find truths that have been hidden from mankind deliberately. They are full of wisdom and truths that will change how you see the world, live in it and especially eat in it. Most people are battling effects from decisions they made 20-40 years ago. You must rid the body of toxins, FIRST, before the body can heal itself. No doctor can heal you. You heal yourself. A true doctor will point you in the right direction, reset a broken bone, sew you up, the rest push pills for profit and have no concept of health. especially when it comes to food. Find a doctor that will tell you 20,30,40,50, plus years of flu shots is perfectly healthy. Or that a shot you took as a kid wont have any side effects 20 years later. they cannot. Every cause has an effect. Most do not understand the ones who work for the abc companies create the conditions, or in some cases the v i r u s e s themselves, then miraculously have the solutions. Well those solutions have effects. And by the time the effect happens the cause is long forgotten. Or silenced. Always remember, A flower cannot bloom in polluted soil. Nor can your reflection be seen in rough murky waters. It must be calm and clean before it can be seen.

Just from reading the other comments It could be because it inhibits absorption of some micronutrients. It was mentioned " iron & b12 " in particular. It's good if you can get an answer from someone who knows for sure though. I hate things that make me feel as you described. Not only is it scary to say the least but it can take a while to get back to your normal if left too long. @@dlindo8892 Hi me again☺️ I was just listening to another video on berberine & it was talking about the anti parasitic effect. When you get die off it can cause feelings of toxicity which include nausea hypoglycemia & all that causes depression brain fog etc. Lower dosing & taking milk thistle to help liver process all the toxins released from the die off. Anyway I understand your not wanting to risk feeling worse than you did before taking it, otherwise it's defeating the purpose of taking something to make you feel better. I just heard it & thought of you. All the best navigating your way through all the hype out there. I don't take anything " new' anymore but I do inform myself on all of it. Half the time, a year later there's videos doing the rounds on the dangers of taking such. I've spent so much money over the years being a guinea pig to all these "latest fads" OMFG 😱 some of the Jekyl and Hyde moments I've had trying them has led me to retire from subjecting myself to these things that have caused things such as... mood altering, wired & agitated, feeling disconnected, emotional swings from teary to agitated in seconds. Hearing & light sensitivity etc. It's like oh nooo now I've gone & fkd myself up, how long is this gonna last 😭 Well that's another waste of 💰💰
