Most doctors are worn out, stressed out, burned out, and almost a million dollars in debt. I think they just don't have room in their schedule or in their brain to care. Plus, it's very depressing to lose a patient that you care about. Our system is not set up for healthcare - it's set up for sick care - to just treat the symptoms, not the cause.

I learned about boron about 3 years ago and began a supplement of 20 mg per day each day 7 day per week with no fasting from the use. According to the literature the half life is 21 hours which should work out that your body level will build to 2 times your intake in about 4 to 5 days and level off at 2 times your intake. If you stop or miss taking the supplement, the boron level will return to pre supplement levels in about 3 to 4 days. My PSA level dropped from 7.2 back to 2.8 then to 2.5 then most recent to 2.2. (PSA is a measure of the prostate protein antigen that indicates cancer or onset of cancer). Bone density was measured at 26% above that of the world health standard of a 30 year old. Testosterone level increased from below 300 to over 600, accompanied by a substantial increase in sex drive and sex performance. I turned 80 this October. Most recent physical revealed for the first time a cholesterol level below 200 and no longer taking blood pressure meds. Last of all........my calcium score came back that of being in the 25% level for my age. In other words only 25% of the men my age have this low of a calcium score (calcium deposit in the heart). I expect to have a new score run in the near future. I also now take a regiment of vitamins and minerals as well as recently picked up a routine for healthy foods and medical mushrooms. All have shown health improvements.

Here in Canada, the government has a guideline for medical school that doctors (GP's) should get a minimum of 25 hours of nutrition education. Imagine that! I've probably studied nutrition for 25,000 hours, and I'm an electronics engineer. The funny part is most medical schools in Canada fail to meet this minimum. Yeah, strontium rocks. And K2 helps too.

Boron, 10 mg/day, at least 3 mg/day as a maintenance dose. I make my own supplement (and several of my friends get it from me, and it is effective against their arthritis). I bought borax on the internet, 1 kg serves for 30 years of use and is quite cheap: $0.001 per day! *I dissolve 9 grams of borax in 500 ml pure water* (demineralized or distilled water, but boiled tap water will do also). Store in the dark to avoid formation of algae. Storage in the fridge is best (cool and dark). Borax contains 11.3%.elemental Boron. This supplement contains 18 mg/ml Borax and this gives 2 mg of elemental boron per milliliter. So, 5 ml contains 10 mg of elemental boron and I take this daily in a glass of water before bedtime together with magnesium. Borax is known as a detergent or even as an insecticide. Does this mean that it is dangerous? I know that people take much larger doses than me, but I think that's beyond supplemental. The amount I take IS safe, remember: the dose is important. Same for something like table salt: you don't take 40 grams per day! Ok, boron helps building and maintaining healthy bones. To avoid osteoporosis: combine it with Vit D3 (at least 4000 IU per day) and with Vit K2 (MK7 form), 100 micrograms or more per day and Magnesium. K2 activates the bone building and renewal process and ensures that Calcium goes to your teeth and bones, not to blood vessels or kidney, bladder. Boron makes that postmenstrual women don't pee out calcium and other minerals. It also promotes healthy levels of testosterone for men and oestrogen for women. It is *anti-inflammatory and anti-mold.* Now, if you want to know more, search and download "Nothing boring about Boron" or the easier read "The Boron conspiracy". *Note: it promotes healthy levels of sex hormones. So: pregnant women don't use it, and children only lower doses.* *People with hormone sensitive cancer: talk with your specialist. You probably shouldn't use Boron.* *Vit K2: People who use a blood thinner like Warfarin or Coumarine: don't use K2 without talking with your prescribing physician. Ask for a different class of blood thinners that don't interfere with K2*

@@g.s.5868 A nice read is "the Boron conspiracy", that you can Google and download as pdf. It clearly shows what happened when a pharmaceutical company learned about the use of borax. It cannot be patented... The toxicity (LD50) is comparable to that of table salt and glucose (all tested in rats, and yes, I know, you are not a rat :) It is found in drinking water in mining villages in Turkey up to 26 mg/liter and people don't suffer from it, but hardly any arthritis cases are found there. In Haiti, where there's no boron in the soil, cases of arthritis are abundant. China? Why would they? It is mined in Turkey; Boron, California; and Searles Lake, California, Southwestern United States, Bolivia, Tibet, Romania..

I had a pain issue in my right shoulder.........took horse radish for over 10 years and that always immediately removed the pain to 0. But last year for more than a year.......horse radish did no longer work.......I then went to my doctor and was referred to a specialist........MRI and Xrays showed ligament damage but not to the extent that warranted anything more than a special exercise.......which also did not help. Then for other reasons I started the medical mushroom supplement.........I noticed a steady improvement in my shoulder pain and completely gone in about 3 weeks. After I was on the mushroom routine for about 8 weeks......I stopped as I suspected a side effect cough. However the shoulder pain returned. I have again went back on the mushroom supplement and the side effect never came back and the shoulder pain again went away. This is not full proof of the benefit of medical mushroom but does indicate that there is a connection. I will continue with the use of both boron and the medical mushrooms. Long term seems to be very beneficial.

Great talk, thanks Dr Osbourne. The foods you cite are from California, thats high in Boron. The Borax Conspiracy by Walter Last alerted me to Boron deficiency and the benefits of adequate amounts.Add Borax as a dressing to my vegetable garden. Grow super healthy cabbages ,the white butterflies fly but never lay eggs, have gleaned somewhere that Boron can help decalcify the pineal gland. Have heard Dr Jorges Flechas say certain bone in the jaw if Boron deficient will present as loose teeth. For a trace mineral, how amazing, just alone the threefold reduction in healing time

Basically, anti -aging, muscle growth etc. The Nattokinase also detoxes the spike protein in the shots that were recently mandated to take if we want to travel. Or, in my case, the shedding I received from being close to the ones that did partake in those injections. It seemed to be optimal from that information. My multimineral had a miniscule dose of boron, so I don't count that. And I have no idea about what food, if any, has it. You can take it orally or bath in it with great results. FDA: 1/8 tsp per 100lbs 1/4 tsp per 200lbs maximum amounts to take orally. According to a doctor I know, 20 Mule Team Borax is pure. I bathe in it and at 63 my nails were paper thin with ridges. My nails are like they were when I was 20, along with great healthy hair. With the below detox bath I have a lot of energy and great mental health (used to be depressed) 20 Minute Bath Soak and Detox: (I prefer to soak every night, time permitting but at least 3 times a week) 2 cups of Borax 1 cup baking soda 2 cups sea salt (it’s loaded with minerals) If you’re on a budget, then use as much borax as you can afford. Your body is the largest organ in your body so it will absorb it and you will see results, they might not be as quickly or as much as you want though. If you’re serious about your health and wellbeing, I recommend buying in bulk on Amazon. You save so much money this way!! Blessings ❤

BUT, is the boron even bioavailable in those plant foods? I find plants ruin my digestion, so I don't eat them anymore. Also, whenever I have eaten them, they make my armpits snell. I haven't used deodorant for over 15 years, and I don't ever smell, not even when I use my near infrared red sauna, and sweat buckets. The minute I eat fruits or vegetables, ugh, I stink. It happened the whole time I was raw vegan, too. I could not get the stench to go away, especially from my armpits. Only when I went carnivore did it disappear. Again, if I eat out, and order a salad, I wake up the next morning all stinky stinky under my arms, lol. Weird, huh? I started taking boron for my pineal gland, but I'm excited to see all the rest of the benefits I'm getting by taking it!!! Thank you Dr. Osborne. You are THE BEST TEACHER. @@allison471 Hi. I eat Costco steaks, Kirkland thick bacon, organic chicken, sardines, oysters, wild caught salmon (sometimes farm, but mostly wild), pastured eggs (or organic brown from Costco) and a 1/4 cow of grass raised beef I get delivered. I don't eat store bought often, but I have. My arm pits don't smell from it. I had zero clue what was causing my stench, but it was GROSS when I was a raw vegan. It would not go away no matter what I tried. I went to carnivore, and it took about a month of eating meat, fish, eggs, dairy, with zero plants, and POOF, it was gone. Then I forgot all about it, until probably a year later I ordered s salad with dinner, and woke up the next morning with smelly armpits, thinking wtf? I thought it could be a coincidence, so I did a few experiments over the next 6 months of eating carnivore for a while, then eating a cooked vegetable with dinner, and YUCK, I smelled again. I also did raw vegetables...smell. Fruit...smell. I have hated vegetables from a very young age (kids always know), and so I just don't eat them. I don't miss them. I do like salads, but only because of the dressing and accoutrements, so It's not about the lettuce, and more about the goodies on top. Same with all vegetables. Mushrooms are gross asf, but put a half stick of melted kerrygold butter on top, and then YUM YUM. Fruit is just not my favorite, but I experimented with it, too. In fact, fruit next levels the armpit stank to new heights. It's just WRONG. So, now, just don't eat plants at all. My digestion has healed, and I never smell. They also cause DEADLY vegan farts, which EWWWWW, lol. I farted every 30 seconds as a raw vegan. Talk about grosssss, haha.

With plants you need boron to carry calcium in. Calcium is needed to carry the other minerals into the plant. It is thought that you also need silicon as the 1sr step before Boron. Who knows with animals as the gut is the source, and not the soil. But the soil biome plant root relationship starts the cycle using sugars exudated from plants into the soil to kick start the process from photosynthesis.
