Why disease is NOT a “normal” part of aging - and truths that can entirely reshape your health
The crucial link between mitochondrial health and the aging process (and secrets to supercharge your well-being)
Why even the healthiest foods may not repair your damaged mitochondria (and what to eat instead)
The transformative power of EnergyBits tablets - and how they could offer an effortless way to support your long term health
The TRUTH about spirulina and its incredible nutrient efficiency that can reshape your wellness journey
Unique strategies to bid farewell to fatigue and welcome boundless, crash-proof energy into your daily routine

Why you NEED to know about phycocyanins (and why they’re so revolutionary for longevity)
The key distinction between chlorella and spirulina (and when and how to consume them for the best benefit)
The compelling scientific studies reveal incredible potential for supporting brain health

Chlorella grown outdoors is full of heavy metals. She always mentions that her chlorella is grown with tripled filtered spring water which is great but conveniently doesn't mention all the contaminates that fall out of the sky into the ponds while it's being grown. Her product (Recovery Bits) is actually priced almost 3 times as much as other companies that buy their bulk chlorella from the same exact company in Taiwan that grows it outdoors. She doesn't actually own the chlorella factory. She just uses his company to source her ingredient. The cost for a bag of her 'Recovery Bits' is $130 for 1000 tablets. This is completely insane! For comparison, I get 2200 tablets for only $54 of the cleanest chlorella that comes from a factory in Korea where it's grown indoors under tightly controlled conditions.

Thank you for the great information! I know that this information is about people, but I have to tell you about my dog Zoey. She is an American bull dog and in May of 2021 she was diagnosed with lymphoma. Her Veterinarian gave her about two months to live. Her lymph nodes in her neck were very large. I didn't have the money for chemo or anything else. I had been researching sparkling for myself. I read about all of the good things that spirilina could do including slow down or stop cancer. So I bought spirilina in powder form and I started putting it in her food every day. Zoey is still alive and doing good today. Its been over 2 years since she was diagnosed. Spirilina hasn't stopped the cancer, but i believe it has slowed it down significantly. I believe spiralina is a big part of why she is still here today.

I appreciate all of the. Don't get me wrong, but the environment is more accepting now because of the sacrifices unsung heroes gave to teach about plant-based nutrition. My reaction is that I vomit non-stop for 12-18 hours, and it’s life threatening. I’m a very healthy person diet wise so I don’t believe what one person told me that I was ‘toxic’ and I was detoxing, this is not the case. I have detoxed many times, and also had spirulina reactions many times, completely different. Spirulina needs to be researched. Plant base diet was really big in the 50's, 60's, 70's and on in the Black Muslim community in America. I remember my mother giving us spriulina as a child in the 80's. She used to cook with sea weed and put it in our soups amoug other things . Its a beautiful thing to see our nation embrace eating more vegetables and sea weeds. Health is truly wealth. They are doing a great job educating the public.

Remember how much healthier everyone looked as opposed to our relatives and friends. I was born in the Muslim movement back in 1966. Along with my parents upbringing, thryt started my being healthy at an early age! My parents are still in good health because of it. I look younger than all of my classmates, friends etc. I don't do any of the Religion stuff though. I'm spiritually self employed. I've experimented and researched and educated myself on super foods supplements herbs and other healing modalities. When it comes to meat the body types and races vary. One size does not fit all and you still have to keep in mind, the agendas are about making MONEY... Find what works best for you. Especially if you're mixed race. I love Spirulina and Chlorella. Pasture Raised Eggs Lamb Beef Turkey Mahi Mahi Salmon other fatty fish. Some of my sources of fat and protein. I stay away from Pork although I do enjoy a few pieces of bacon once or twice a month. I've seen many trends, they come and they go and the band-wagoners in search of magic bullets for weight loss and managing health issues go with the latest fads and would be cure alls. Only to slide back into old habits.

A supplement of spiraling Is surely warranted but I would not consider it my main menu…it was a bit overwhelming hearing the presentation . Especially since I am sensitive to both food & drugs. However when I was menopausal I did supplement with Chlorella…it’s been around for a long time and it did help.

I take a small amount of Moringa, Spirulina, Maca, Ashwanghanda, and cinnamon daily with my honey and two lemons. Then, I turmeric with raw chocolate, pepper, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and flax seeds. So PLEASE stop the hard sell promotion, it really is very annoying and has really put me off buying this product. I would like to have more scientific facts as the boards she held up very briefly were really hard to see if they backed up her wonder claims. I do not doubt that these products work well but when people are promoting so hard sell then you start to step back and wonder, is this a snake oil or the wonder product she says it is? Spirulina can live in ponds up to 116° ....spray dried in drums have all of there enzymes intact after drying. Most spirulina is processed this way and are juat as alive as freeze dried. Had a room mate that bought some earthrise powder spirulina that miss placed it in the tip top cabinet in the kitchen in the way back. Expiration date was over 20 years old, it had gone thru 95° to 100° days of at least 30 of those a year since my house is kinda poorly insulated in the east bay of northern California. Made a smoothie with a heaping tsp, got that brain rush that good spirulina can do. Spray dried spirulina is a archival food, i would put it past the wheat berries found in the pyramids of giza, that some could be sprouted into a plant today. For extremes of survival. I have no doubt that that powder thrown into a body of water, give it some bicarbonates would spring into life. Yeah if you are a vegetarian the algaes would be a life saver.

My point is all spirulina commercially produced is just as alive an bioavailable whether spray heat processed or freeze dried. I'd go by price then the illusion that freeze dried is a superior product.
