Dr Osborne do you advise against vitamin D supplements that contain vitamin K? I take D+K because I read that without supplemented K the increased D could result in calcifications. I appreciate any advice you have!

Two things, choline in egg yolks feed aggressive cancer cells the same as sugar does. Eggs may want to be avoided if you have aggressive cancer. Secondly, I have Ankylosing Spondylitis, my back bone freezes up due to an auto-immune problem. Should I stay away from Gouda cheese and high vitamin K2 supplements?

I will be back to learn more. I watched your video about thiamine. I'm pretty sure I have a thiamine deficiency. I was told that TTFD is the only thiamine that crosses the blood brain barrier. I believe much of my health issues are related to trauma- as I have C-PTSD from child abuse. I'm 70, well beyond my life expectancy based on my ACE score- but I'm not ready to give up, yet. Anyway, you didn't mention TTFD and wondered why. I took diuretics for years for high blood pressure, seizure meds when I had the diagnosis of bipolar- back before anyone believed in trauma-related disorders, antibiotics at least twice/yr. as a kid cause I used to get bronchitis all the time and now I'm on the max. dose of Metformin. And I take Gabapentin. I used to be able to tweak my diet and reduce my A1C, and can't anymore despite the fact that I eat very healthy. But I think that something else is the culprit. Thanks!

Your presentations are way too long. Is it necessary to write out everything on a white board? Shorten your videos by preparing slide presentations and this could benefit your channel immensely. You remind me of when I took my daughter to a college tour and she couldn't believe the college had chalk boards - her high school does not have chalk boards and watching you constantly write on the white board reminds me of that time when she couldn't stand that college. I rarely finish one of your videos from start to finish as your videos are way too long....
