Hoda teaching her daughter that it feels good to be kind, to do for others and so so w/o needed accolades is HUGE! I raised my 3 amazing children this way. They are all grown now and they still do kind things for others, w/o anyone else needing to know. Is so proud of them! This was a wonderful podcast! Thank you!!!

This is perfect for me today. I have been finding myself unhappy in my 27-year marriage. I know I have to take action and "change my attitude about this marriage." I am working on affirmations and practicing gratefulness. I am also doing more socialization to get out of my isolation.Thank you!!
