The Taycan uses lg chem batteries, I believe they're better than tesla in some aspects, taking advantage of the 800 volt architecture.

@@unlucky5442 yeah but voltage has nothing to do with batteries... it is just the way you wire them. Each cell is 4volts. If you connect 2 together you have 4volts if you connect them 2 one by one you have 8volts. Its just a way to connect them. Higher voltage means lower amps. Its nothing special really.

Probably because these factory's need to be cleaner then food factory's. Don't get me wrong food needs to be produced under clean conditions but at some Elektronik parts single grains of dust can destroy the whole part.

When I see videos of production lines like this, I can only imagine being the mechanic or automation technician that has to keep these machine running and fix all the stupid faults. I do this daily in a factory so I know how it's like, and I've been contemplating doing something different after a while..

let just say like 'engineer%' (database joke) wet dream. To build that buity u ll have to hire bunch of CAD, automatics,electric, hydraulic, civil, mechanic, it, database, plc programmers, and probably some other teams of engineers. Also probably an HR team that ll make sure this teams ll coperate. I wuldnt be suprised if neural network specialist were involved There is looots of things to think of like how thick wall have to be, how air ll flow, how acces systems ll work, where ppl ll pas on regular basics, even toilets have to be ergonomicly placed.

I mean Elon did say that the success of their company is dependent on word of the mouth. They focused their money on making their cars as better as they can, the people who loved them told others about it, and the chain continued till it gained it's deserved fame and recognition. With the way the Tesla battery/chassis is designed, I'm hoping they will sell them to old car restorers like myself. Who can then put classic car bodys on a EV/Tesla platform. I think the MOST significant part is the second mini-scene, where the dry electrode is being stretched at an amazing pace. On battery day, they showed the "manual" version, and said they had the automated version. This shows that they do have it. AMAZING JOB TESLA!

The Taycan uses lg chem batteries, I believe they're better than tesla in some aspects, taking advantage of the 800 volt architecture.

@@unlucky5442 yeah but voltage has nothing to do with batteries... it is just the way you wire them. Each cell is 4volts. If you connect 2 together you have 4volts if you connect them 2 one by one you have 8volts. Its just a way to connect them. Higher voltage means lower amps. Its nothing special really.

Probably because these factory's need to be cleaner then food factory's. Don't get me wrong food needs to be produced under clean conditions but at some Elektronik parts single grains of dust can destroy the whole part.

Yep, as uncle Musk said, the designing is overrated, the mass productioning is underrated. And then you have the mass production of the machines that will do the mass production of batteries...
When I see videos of production lines like this, I can only imagine being the mechanic or automation technician that has to keep these machine running and fix all the stupid faults. I do this daily in a factory so I know how it's like, and I've been contemplating doing something different after a while..

let just say like 'engineer%' (database joke) wet dream. To build that buity u ll have to hire bunch of CAD, automatics,electric, hydraulic, civil, mechanic, it, database, plc programmers, and probably some other teams of engineers. Also probably an HR team that ll make sure this teams ll coperate. I wuldnt be suprised if neural network specialist were involved There is looots of things to think of like how thick wall have to be, how air ll flow, how acces systems ll work, where ppl ll pas on regular basics, even toilets have to be ergonomicly placed.

They focused their money on making their cars as better as they can, the people who loved them told others about it, and the chain continued till it gained it's deserved fame and recognition. I know this is peak comedy, a serious guess would be hexagon cells, best surface area (and thus volume) to perimeter while still being able to tesselate better than the other two, the equilateral triangle and rectangles.
it's so satisfying to see how they work.
Currently interning at Kato Rd, seeing it in person is a whole different experience than seeing in the video. I'm very happy to be part of a growing change of transition the world to sustainable energy. Go Tesla!!!

With the way the Tesla battery/chassis is designed, I'm hoping they will sell them to old car restorers like myself. Who can then put classic car bodys on a EV/Tesla platform. I am doing the body work on a 1973 Plymouth Cuda right now, and would LOVE to just set it on top of a Tesla battery/chassis.

It looks so futuristic, except for the music.
I think the MOST significant part is the second mini-scene, where the dry electrode is being stretched at an amazing pace. On battery day, they showed the "manual" version, and said they had the automated version. This shows that they do have it. AMAZING JOB TESLA!

I feel like Tesla is leading up to some kind of reveal. They've been uploading regularly for 3 months now. It's probably nothing, but I can't help but feel like it's leading up to something.

Impressive speed. Electricity is wining with the speed of the fuel transport in a second to the user. Great job Tesla !
