По сравнению с гаражным восстановлением - вобще шикарно. Много автоматизации. Да и объемы впечатляют. Реально фабрика.

I worked in a battery factory for 18 yrs. I made the grids for awhile and then went to the pasting dept. We had to wear special hardhats with face shield and filters that pumped clean air over our faces. We had monthly blood tests to make sure we weren't to high in blood lead. If it was too high you went to a different department till it came down.

We now see a more modern factory than usual. Thus, it is now possible to produce economically for the local market. Although the technological lag compared to a European factory is still 40 years. But the product seems reliable. Lots of quality control is a good thing. But the health of the workers would be important. This would require more attention. More protective equipment and more air purification in the immediate work environment. A healthy worker makes fewer mistakes. Few errors result in a reliable product. A reliable product is easy to sell.
