Australian here: to make the best hot milo, put in 3tsp of milo into 1/4th mug and mix until it's a foam then add more milk and 1 more tsp on top. Microwave until warm-hot and then mix again. Add another tsp if desired.

Milk actually has the ability to weaken bones Edit: For new comers as this was from 3 months ago , I meant that if you drink too much milk, it may weaken your bones. Hence why i said it has the ABILITY. I also wonder if it varies by race since Europeans for example have the highest tolerance to lactose, while the majority of my people are intolerant to lactose.

As someone who last drank milk when I was 3 or 4 the sight of milk that isn’t in the form of a desert terrifies me
