I'm in a choir and performing with my school's band playing the instrumentals (we don't have a dancing group unfortunately) is absolutely amazing. Everyone went into different groups but we all complement each other and it makes the performance 10x better.

@@cameroncritch ok hold up are you trying to say that this dance in the video is the dance "walking on stones" or are you trying to say that that ist the same group . to the first hell no. those are 2 different dances and styles. and obviously different cultures. the elements aren't even similar. Just cause they jump and have leg movements doesn't make it the same. To the second that is more on the possible side, cause there is a video of the same room where young russian girls are dancing "walking on stones". Please review your comment and the video again please.

НАКОНЕЦ-ТО видим девичий перепляс! Их в спектаклях вообще очень мало. Обычно на сцене это делают мужчины. Эти девочки просто молодчины, браво!

Nobody had to remind them, "remember to smile; remember your smile." When it's in the right spirit, and healthy and good and right... the smiles just happen. These girls couldn't help smiling, because they're having a good time; they're happy and proud and pleased with their virtue and accomplishment. I looked closely, and not one of those smiles was fake. Normally, in dance, the fake smile is just part of the performance, drilled into them, by the teachers and parents, so they maintain a forced grimace throughout. I don't want to read too much into it, but when the smiles are natural like this, and everywhere... something is being done right.

Agreed, a lot of Russian dancers look happy. I think a smile is part of the dance, though. Meaning, I believe they practice with a smile. Every time a traditional dance like this is done the women are smiling.

Пришлось разыграть сценку😁 Которая платок потеряла (платок был на середине) побежала на середину пока там пели. Схватила платок про кружилась типо птичка, и убежала😅 Вообщем хорошо выступили:]

Браво, локтевцы!!! Просто поражает такое высокое ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЕ МАСТЕРСТВО в исполнении детей. Великолепная школа танцевального искусства! Невозможно не восхищаться многолетней традицией кропотливой работы педагогов с детьми. Восторг от каждого просмотра - не видел, буквально, ни одного номера в исполнении коллектива, который бы не понравился.

I must say. Russians ARE really talented. AND Hardworking and disciplined when it comes to artforms. I've seen people(especially western) accusing them of using drugs but I feel most western countries are just jealous of them.

When my husband and I were on an Alaskan cruise, one of the stops was in Sitka, Alaska, we were all taken to first watch a show of all women Russian dancers, it was so beautiful and fun, all their costumes were just gorgeous, I would love to go back to Alaska someday.

I literally thought dancing like this only happened in movies, and Christmas movies it’s so amazing to see it in real life! It looks like so much fun!

Я пою в хоре Локтева уже 9 лет и на этом концерте я тоже была, но почему в кометрариях пишут только про танцы, пение это не легче, вы бы знали как мне сейчас грустно видеть, то что люди не замечают нашего труда и пишут только про танцы, я раньше 4 года занималась в нашей локтевской хореографии, да жто сложно, нг петь не легче
