My mother sent me for classes in this dance, I haven't been able to watch these clips since she passed. I remember the day she asked me to find .the dance for her on You Tube shortly before she passed in the hospital. How much horror Dr. Frankenhoff put her through.

Thanks for the comments. I am a Russian and always feel myself ''not in the basket" watching the performances like this. They are so different to those we're watching on TV today. When I was young and worshiped about the Western culture I could never believe that sometime I would be proud of this realy 'state-of-the-art' performances of Russian people. Thanks to the world. Magnifique. On dirait qu'elles glissent. Une choregraphie harmonieuse. Les pas sont comptes et la gestuelle est souple et cree des formes en adequation avec le rythme. Elles sont gracieuses et les tenues sont sobres et majestueuses. Leurs coiffes les rendent plus grandes et longilignes. On a l'impression qu'elles oeuvrent dans une boite a musique. Quoiqu'il en soit le resultat est MAJESTUEUX. Merci.
