I’ve never seen anything like this. Absolutely mesmerizing. What a beautiful culture. So incredibly different. I loved the dresses on the women. The women were also very beautiful. The unusual long sleeves on the men and the men walking on their tip toes made it look like they were floating. The music I can’t even describe. I loved the background colors as well. Loved everything!

I have seen them life

It's 60 years since I first saw this in black and white on a grainy t.v. set at my Aunt's house. It amazed me then and still thrills me today. Blessings from New Zealand. Ps much better in full colour.

@@chipollino8839 Hi. The Iron Curtain didn't stop Many Cultural and Nature shows from being shown here. As a child I saw the Moscow Circus, the Bolshoi Ballet and Cossack Dancers, all Live here in New Zealand. We watched the USSR compete in the Olympics. I was 10 when I fell in love with the most beautiful girl I had ever seen, pull off a 10/10 performance in gymnastics. In those times; politics seldom interfered with sports and Cultural exchanges. In fact I think it was a deliberate policy on both sides. I would say the two sides are more aggressive toward each other than at any other time in my Life. This saddens me greatly, as we are all Family. It was always a dream of mine to travel the longest railway in the world and to see for myself the wonder of this fascinating Land. Here in N.Z. my parents, relations and many of their friends remembered that it was Russia that saved Europe from the Nazis, that America was a johnny-come-lately that was more dangerous to our forces than the Germans, due to their inability to identify who they were shooting at. Yes we came from Great Britten and though we were tied to the Crown and Commonwealth there was a very strong Socialist movement here, as there was in Britten itself in those times. Hope this helps. This is my first time seeing the Ancient Princely Dance. Absolutely beautiful and mesmerizing. It told a beautiful story without saying a word. The poses…the eloquently smooth movements…the costumes…the expressions on their faces. Just utterly beautiful.😄

Сейчас подобран самый удачный цветовой стиль в женском и мужском костюмах, пожалуй самый удачный за всю историю ансамбля, особенно мужественно смотрится чёрный покрой мужчин и холодный блеск серебра, всего два цвета, и естественная историчная цветовая гамма княжеской одежды и белая вставка в женском одеянии как цвет чистоты обрамленный нарядным бордово-красным.

The outside appearance is not everything. Just because things look "perfect" and nice doesn't mean there are good morals...There's always dirt, corruption and evil behind the scenes in every culture. Including your own.

Such beautiful dance with wondrous costumes and intricate designs. Amazing culture rarely seen.

Truly a beautiful dance! The music is lovely and the women are as beautiful as swans! By far my favorite dance to see!

This video popped up in my home feed and I'm really glad that it did. Wow! The whole thing is mesmerizing, from the costumes and makeup on the ladies to the fine music and perfectly synced men dancing on their tippy toes to flat footed smoothly and with total grace. I'm a fan now. Subscribed.

Ah - a new rendition of the dance! I love watching this. The music and choreography exert a strange fascination. I never tire of it.
