@27:59 - when Magnus takes the 8th piece on the board, the board is left with only 7 pieces, at which point the endgame tablebase kicks in and the evaluation bar can no longer be anywhere but the center of the evaluation bar (for a draw) or the exact top or bottom of the evaluation bar (for a win.) And that seems to be what happens. All boards with 7 or fewer pieces has been exhaustively enumerated and there is no longer any uncertainty (but this requires 150 terabytes of data for 423,836,835,667,331 positions). Computers are currently working on a new tablebase that will include any combination of 8 pieces, which is estimated to require 2 petabytes of storage for 38,176,306,877,748,245 positions.

Of course Carlsen is better, as someone in 20 years will be better than him at his peak, but if he wants to be remembered as the GOAT I think he needs to match Kasparov's two decades of dominance, because Fischer's highs on the back of crazy 6-0 wins aren't really achievable in modern chess.

I usually not watch any chess game analysis as i find other ppl’s boring on how they explain stuffs. But when I saw your vids, I just realize that I finish a 30mins video w/o getting bored. I’m one of your subscriber now.
