Made some 12 ga dragons blanks for the 4th of July
Made up a few 12 gauge blank "poor man's dragons breath" rounds for the 4th of July this year. Kinda cool and easy to make. 70 grains black powder, a pinch of steel wool, and pack the rest with floral foam. Loud boom, a little bit of fire, and a lot of smoke.
Disclaimer... If you don't know what you are doing, don't try this yourself. I'm not responsible for you blowing up your gun or injuring yourself.

I ended up selling it. Even though others have reported that the gen 2 can use a variety of magazines, mine was extremely fickle, and would only reliably feed with magpul gen 2 mags (all plastic). I don't like those magazines so I sold the gun and all the magpul mags I had with it.
