没有椰蓉可以用豆沙馅、奶酥馅来替换也不错很好吃😋

Is the shredded coconut same as dessicated coconut?

Hi, they are similar but difference a bit. Dedicated coconut is a bit finer in the texture (the coconut cuts finer) and shred coconut is a bit larger.🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️💐💐

您好，手揉麵團揉10～15分鐘足夠，沒有完全光滑也不用擔心，後面經過擀卷也會讓麵包拉絲有質感的。😘💕

请问视频里的是有糖还是无糖的椰蓉

你好，我用的是无糖椰蓉。如果您用有糖椰蓉就可以在夹层馅料里看情况减糖或者不需要加糖了
