As posh as that place is and I do love the paint job on the walls there, the hottest item in this apartment is that it actually has a desk. Maybe I just hadn't seen the right videos, but the market personally feels well behind the digital nomad times. At least, I haven't seen that from any other youtube videos or even doing my own searching in person.

pattaya is a new up and coming area for digital nomads. for many years, it has been the destination of choice for retirees rather than digital nomads. It’s definitely going to take some time for the market to catch up out here
The unit looks very dark, no natural light. Asians tend to like this as it keeps the unit cool, but foreigners might not like it. Great price rental though, can’t argue at that price.

my first thought also...those walls need to be white or beige.....anything but whatever that current color is.....
I would pay 21k for that for sure

Very nice spacious condo. If I was to live there, I would repaint the living room/kitchen area(too dark)and get rid of that green sofa. Otherwise, very nice.
