Never buy property in Thailand because the depreciation. Better off just rent and you always have a choice to move house to house if you don’t like it after living for a while.
I think I would've immediately signed a contract on that larger studio....gorgeous condo
Everyone on the Beach is on the Phone no matter which nationality IT IS SAD.
And you please stop these Vlogs😮..... they are really tempting us to move to Thailand for a BSL (Beach Side Life) 😅😊
We have a house near Khao Kalok Pranburi. At night in front of Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villa has walking street with tons of street food. The condo you were looking at, originally was suppose to be a part of a huge complex, including shopping and marina for yaht, boats, etc. I don't know what the plan is now but I don't see any construction there.
What the hell am I doing in Canada?!?!?!?!
OMG, I loved the Fishermans apartments. I would seriously consider renting an apartment for the full year. The cost of the 3 bedroom penthouse is about the same as what you would pay just for a bedroom in a shared house here in Australia. Why the heck would you struggle here in Australia when everything is there for you for what we would consider to be small change.
I never considered to buy in Thailand, but at 4mil Baht for the 48sqmtr. , im guessing with management costs this condo could pay for itself with about 40 months of rent.......live part time here/ rent part time ? Really worth considering.
Love watching your travels... but in showing me all these spectacular and affordable gems, your making my decision process way too complex. 🤯 I plan to relocate and retire in Thailand and had thought of renting in the Wongamat or Bang Saray areas. Now I want to explore North and South of Hua Hin, as well as the southern Kohs (east & west side). Thanks, mate! Keep these wonderful side trips coming! 👍👍
American in Thailand: Complains the prices are too high, proceeds to tip 25%.
Very few vlogers have the knack of keeping their audience interested and intrigued all the way through. But you sir with your laidback style and meanderings have the perfect scenario. Brilliant vlogs containing so much useful content and info you've become my goto channel for inspirations. Thank you for the time and effort you put in for our enlightenment. Bushyboy Oz.
Holy smokes! 3bdr + 3bath penthouse for 300k THB (~$8650 USD) for the whole year! Furnished, including electricity, water & WiFi ... AND cleaning every 2 weeks?!! I'm sold. 🤩
It's fantastic that they offer a rate that includes electricity and water. Those studios are very liveable even for two people - such a nice standard of finish. Thanks for showing this place!
Your Side Trips and your Side Trip Life is the BEST and really makes your channel stand out and appeal to the masses! Thanks for always including the prices on the variety of living arrangements and sizes you show, this information is so helpful to those looking to move to and/or visit Thailand.
So much quality accomodation for so little money...Absolutely fantastic place..Thanks
I always hit the thumbs up before I've watched the vlog for all the side trips you take us on. Love it.
What is amazing is the lack of traffic. If you were in California, it would be bumper to bumper on a 2 lane road for miles pretty much everywhere along the coast, regardless of the day.
Man, what a find! Those rooms were stunning! Thank you so much for keeping your head on a swivel, STL. :^D
The studio for £175/month for annual contract sounds sweet. In UK, my local council tax alone cost as much as this.
