Randy’s Home Tour is FINALLY HERE!!! It’s an overwhelming yet fulfilling journey for first-time homeowner for me, from sourcing my resale condo, to renovating and moving into my own home. I know the renovation took quite a while but I’m very proud of the outcome. Remove the drying dish rack metal tray, so water can drip directly into the sink. Else ur dishes can’t be dry if you close the lid and it will get rusty fast.

I think the drying rack is longer than the sink so unless there are not many dishes to dry. Otherwise, it is going to wet the kitchen top. Talking about kitchen top, quartz is porous so do clean up any liquid spills asap.
I'm only your KZread follower but I legit shared you guys' happiness and Ben's pride for Randy. Ran's condo looked so nice. Can't wait to see Ben's too in the future 🥰 Forgot to say the whole interior design looked dope. I especially love your kitchen! It's like so futuristic 😆

Congrats Randy on his new renovated house! I really liked the design and colours you choose for yr kitchen and balcony. Unfortunately I dislike the layout (or design) of this place as guests (or friends) who need to use the bathroom have to enter your bedroom to access the toilet. And do tell them to open the correct door (to the toilet), if not they'll get to see your clothes and underwear! 😆 Once again, Congrats!

Randy, not sure if your fans and aircon are smart. Otherwise a simple solution is to just set up a simple universal IR/ RF controller. This simple device can control any appliance which are remote controlled.
