WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?

WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

    i want to thank you so much for your videos, especially this one, i have been suffering from anxiety and depression for over 11 years, i've had a lot of difficulty breathing most of the time, it feels like my oxygen is cut off and am suffocating , it's a horrible feeling, , just discover this video, even though i have seen some of your other videos which i enjoy, i feel i can breathe a little better , will continue ,thnx to you, you make it so simple and so easy and fun and your smile, put a smile on my face and i enjoy doing them and i don't enjoy doing much of anything, thnx again, you are a blessing, i love when you say at the start of the exercise " hello earth citizen"

    Thank you very much:) There were a few parts where I wasn't certain exactly how the breath was supposed to work, and I wasn't sure if the back was supposed to go back or just the arms on the 1st thing. However, overall that was awesome, and very beneficial!

    Oooh i love it, u have so many enlightening videos 😊, since ive been done more breathing i feel more energetic and i underestimated how powerful good respiration is as IT GIVES U THE POWER TO MOVE AND DO THINGS. My arms got tired after 20 punches tho they can be barely stay up too long XoD Darn scar tissue

    @@krystal9282 The five elements referres to the generating and destructing cycles 'phases' of wood, fire, earth, metal and water. In OM each of them is associated with certain body organs, a colour, a taste, an emotion, and a season of the year.. among many other things! There are breathing exercises that incorporate the generating phases of the study sometimes called 5 element qi gong or Wu Xing technique. definitely read into it more if interested or seek a licensed professional to show/ elaborate more on the concept.     Wow, I had pain in my chest all day after spending time with jabed people. I couldn't sleep and done 20 minutes of the exercise. Pain I gone , only a little strange sensation where the pain was.

    "Hello Earth Citizens" I looked around and was wondering who you were talking to? =P Haha. Annnyyyway, thank you for this.     I have a sharp pain in my right shoulder bladen right chest n under arms pain is there.please tell me how to overcome it.sharp pain while coughing n deep breathing. It has been 5 months post pregnancy. I am going through this pain.stiffness in the mid back of right side. My ribs also hurts.
