This was great! This was truly a weighted series of exercises. It allowed me to get out the 10 lb weights that I never use because everyone else is moving those weights at a faster pace than arm joints can handle especially at 72. And also amazing is that you managed to get my cardio up there too. Thanks for your great workouts and your great attitude.
