I won't tell you a secret when I say: low-fat quark is absolutely healthy and ideal for losing weight and for building muscle. There are countless reasons to eat low-fat quark every day. In addition to low-fat quark, natural yoghurt is also on the menu for many. At least 63% of all Germans state that they eat natural yoghurt at least once a week. You learn in school that natural yoghurt is healthy. But if I have a choice, what should I eat, low-fat quark or yoghurt? In this video I answer this and other questions.     Blödsinn. Viel Eiweiß für die Muskeln, Kalzium für den Knochenaufbau, für Osteoporose erkrankte super wichtig. Mineralstoffe (Calcium, Zink, Magnesium, Jod, Phosphor, Natrium und Kalium)Vitamin A, B, B12 und C, D, E , Folsäure, Enzyme.....das alles ist plötzlich ungesund ? Die Industrie der Pflazenmilch hat seinerseits erzählt, das Tiermilch ungesund ist, auch Veganer, nur um die Pflanzenmilch zu propagieren. Denkst du Sojamilch ist gesund ? Dann recherchier mal.
