He mostly acts in theatre productions these days, which is befitting of his character Sicknote. Recently, he starred in a play, Gallowglass in 2018.

Really enjoyed that.

Jack and Carole look like Sam and Penny along with an adult version of Norman and Sarah

Beyond series 10 it got steadily worse.

I wonder if any of these fire fighters are still in service now,

we had no "thermal",.. we searched by touch...sometimes we were lucky, sometimes we were not

Peckham is now only 1 pump and Old Kent Road is now 1 pump and the new 64M Turntable ladder

N.B.D. NBD Obviously you don’t live on a council estate you ever been stuck in a lift stinking of piss with six other people waiting up to an hour for the council to show up ? That’s what the fire service is there for , i pay my taxes and my rates I want to get out of the lift within ten minutes not two hours . If there’s not enough fire engines obviously more appliances are needed ??? What about 4am waiting for the Council ?? Or been stuck in a lift with young children or an Asthmatic or someone elderly who has trouble standing, ????

Fire brigade, council paying, seems a reasonable compromise to me. Like RUB1 Tan says, i want out fast. And I pay taxes. Now, if the fire fighters are busy and there aren't enough to deal, then I'll be happyish to wait PROVIDED I'm informed (lifts have an emergency phone yes?) And I'm not claustrophobic. For a true claustrophobe, being trapped in a lift can be medically dangerous. So an emergency service response is justified.

It's classed as persons trapped in a lift therefore it requires an emergency response like a child being shut in a car or room alone

N.B.D. NBD they are fire and rescue services AND are part of the services that the local councils provide.
