I have been in the Fire and Rescue Service since I started as a cadet in 1985. In that time I have recorded many documentaries and managed to capture some images whilst undertaking my work. I set up this channel to share this information as understanding the past can help us improve how we deliver our services to the public today. I also want to help build up some archives so people can appreciate how things were at different times within the fire and rescue service.

Do not forget our country was founded by God and has all those with him that parished
God has all those people with him in Heaven thank God that we have our military firefighters EMS. And police
Dirty dozen
So did they save that civilian in the firetruck?
what a sweet cat, nice layout too, thanks for sharing
Did the poor fireman return to duty?
I was there around that time. What a disgraceful dump from end to end. A once fantastic facility gone to wrack & ruin. Not long after this, most of the fire engines were destroyed a a fire anyway.
Micah’s daddy let a belch and a fart it sent momma Julia to eternal damnation
A vampire ended Micah’s daddy’s life
Armageddon is where Micah’s daddy will lose his life
Millennium cops kicked Micah’s daddy’s ass
Would it be okay if i downloaded it for my new train wreck documentary if I get KZread premium?
The woman who dropped the match should have been caught and convicted.
Whatever caused it was able to make a small flame accelerate quite quickly
Am I missing something?? What good would traffic lights have been in a situation like this. Driver either had a medical incident OR his brakes failed! Typical Yorkshire folk - thick as f**king pigshit!! 🙄💩
Here's something I have sat on since 26.04.1993. Can you spot the composer? kzread.info/dash/bejne/aHmdssRmmdS0Y9Y.html
Many decades ago but its still the same suspects causing problems
They never are, nor have they ever been, trucks. They are fire appliances.
Lucky it happened in the early hours. I slept through it. Woke up in the morning to find chaos front gate blocked by a fallen tree. Chimney off the roof.
South tower collapse was 9:59 not 9:55. He’s 343 pals perished but after the north tower collapsed.
Real police in action, not like todays woke jelly brigade
I watch this documentry , & after crying my eyes out ,I wonder where these SOB's get off on campus demonstrating against Israel ,& the Jewish people , how certain "members of Congress " speak against Israel !!!!
Bloody smokers! Filthy buggers causing problems for years
Z miłością życia
Gdzie jest ta dziewczyna która miała jasne włosy uczona była od jednego roku życia
Idziemy
If smoking was banned on the underground at the time how can it not be enforceable? How could a stupid “loophole” possibly allow smokers to just ignore it? Makes no sense. It should’ve been enforced rigorously and without exception. I bet it was after the disaster. But this is all too often what happens isn’t it; shutting the gate after the horse has bolted.
Andrew Duncan the Scottish farmer from Forfar lost the bottom half of his left leg later in the show. From Joe. X
I wish, all documentaries were made in such way, full of empathy for the tragedy victims! Now, there would be blasting music throughout the program, plus a whooshing sound every few seconds with many visual effects!! Thank you for your high moral standards.
damn, this show had an episode about united 232 judging by the intro? is that one uploaded anywhre? if anyone knows i’d love to see it! thanks for uploading this one. not a whole ton of documentaries about this out there.
I hope they installed a sprinkler system 😢
I remember watching this over and over again and now I can share it with my kids but it’s amazing to see how little the college at Moreton-in-Marsh has changed still the same buildings 😂
Gloucestershire district. From Joe. X
My first time seeing this…! ❤❤❤
Speccy ding with the glasses keep ya beak out
I always wonder why the armed forces weren't extracting people... Firemen are trained to rescue people and put out fires, not evacuate war zones... not seeing any soldiers falling in, like the red trucks did has bewildered me, all these years
My brother was there. He lived Vooch. Gregg warner
Next time show the commercials too this is like going back to the future i was 11yr old when this happened so i wanna see what this look like now 23 years later

okay they need to get another dog at Rescue 1 7:44 / 10:01
All of these videos , or at least most of them have been cut heavily . There are parts removed from them , almost censored as if we are not allowed to hear the full story now . Ive noticed this more and more the last few years . These documentaries are important so that those that were too young never forget what happened that day . The first time i watched this on TV many years ago , it was one of the most moving and well made of them all . Now its so heavily redacted , it feels incomplete .
Vires et Honestas to all my fellow FFs/paramedics and LEOs who worked The Pile with us. 2024: ground zero is STILL killing
