What do you think about GameStop will be buying your graded Pokemon cards. It might expand in sports cards? Will GameStop put card show out of business? You should make a video about it.

I haven't heard about this, but I'd be surprised if GameStop ever moved towards sports cards, I think its a different audience.

This is just one opinion of a middle class collector. The vast majority of the collecting world merely wants a nice place to get product at a quality price. Going into a card shop I never wanted a ( experience)... This basic idea was happening in the 90s boom before it flopped. When you get away from your base roots, you forget where your success came from. As the economy gets tighter, less of these huge influencers will exist.

I hear ya. I too just want a card shop to be a space that has solid prices on single cards, and some dollar boxes to dig through that might have some hidden gems if you are patient with it. That's about all of the experience I hope for out of a card shop. Though I also do appreciate when a place makes effort with things like trade nights or something like that that bring collectors together. I think its cool to make those kinda connections with others in area.
