This seemed like a totally genuine negotiation unlike all the other clickbait out there. I thought it was very smart how Pack was extremely fair in the beginning and then pressed ever so slightly at the end with a principled Hardball offer with the same consistent delivery as the previous, very respectable. Also, the fairness he showed initially most definitely helped knock the price down $1,700.

Wow Packman! It's pretty safe to say that's probably the most that LCS has ever sold in One Day BY FAR! The owner probably started screaming for joy after you left and then went and bought a Porterhouse Steak and a Cuban Cigar!

Thats card stores for ya. I got into the hobby around a year ago and all my local card shops in NYC are all like this. They show u absolutely no interest and dont take u serious at all. I would like to open up one myself to do the exact opposite but unfortunately i am not even close to that right now.

Yea Godwin has been having better seasons every season. But for Barkley he has to carry that whole team on his back cuz he never has help. This past season was their best in forever. But we shall see if they can have a back to back good season I think they can but it’s on Jones unless they draft a new QB

Same here. My closest LCS is Card Collector 2. His shop is like 10 miles from me and I'm sure it would be a minimum of 150k to clear out his singles.

Man, CC2s Ryan flies all over the us buying some here, some there. My man Packman/Ryan uses it all and supports his local LCS, both interesting ways , but very different to get it done. Too much basketball as usual though. 😂 Nowhere around me has had any football available until recently since 19', so I was never able to get my hands on any 20'&21' hobby/Retail, so would love some of that, esp 20', 21' football, but do not have WhatNot. If leaf got a license with the NFL right now, and made the same cards but with team logos, they would be worth 2 to 3 times more lol Logos should not devalue a card in my opinion, if the card is beautifu, and signed by a superstar, it should hold almost the same value. Now lower end products like sage and hit should be worth less because they are made cheap and look cheap, LEAF Is always putting out a beautiful product imo

This is a master class on negotiations. Both guys were respectful and tried to make a deal that both benefitted from.
