These comics feel creepier than the actual game for me. Seeing the desperation of these kids, the fear they feel in this world. Neither Six or Mono really express it much, but these illustrations are setting such a tone.. I think when I look at the Teacher or the Doctor now, they are gonna feel creepier cause I know real things they have done.

@@celestialdiscord2716 the theming and puzzles in little nightmares 1 are much superior than that of little nightmares 2 because you don't have to think at all just notice your surroundings it will never really leave you confused Little nightmares 2 is still superior in gameplay but to me it just feels like a long DLC with how separate the themes are its still a good game but the puzzles have no excuse being worse than the little nightmares DLC puzzles that came before it. that's my main complaint.

It wasn't taking her days to dig, she just marked every spoon, it shows how many spoons she wasted, not how many days passed. Let's be real she would die of starvation and dehydration if that many days passed. It's 72 marks, that's an unreal amount. And it's not like she knows when it's day and when it's night.

I actually got sad (and creeped out) watching this. In the first game it’s easy to forget that Six is a kid, because she doesn’t show a lot of weakness there. But here we see Mono’s fear and the Blindfolded kids naivety(?). And just the pigtails and lollipop just reminded me that these are children that are being tortured and chased. Now I’m rooting for Mono and Six so much more, I can’t wait for the second game.

Six in general seems fearless when you see her do anything in the first game, like when she falls from a tall height she doesn’t scream. ( like Mono does in the demo, we can presume that he gets scared easier.) So it’s safe to assume that that fearlessness is apart of her personality.

Well, these comics are definitely reinforcing the idea I’ve had that this world has no true happy endings, for anyone really. Thus leading me to believe that Little Nightmares 2 will not have a happy ending, or a twisted one at that. Cause now we’ve seen a bunch of kids in this world meet grim fates, Six being the only one who’s lived and even then, she only did because she had to do something horrible to someone else. This world definitely seems to live on the idea of, “Kill or be killed.” Or something to that effect. Cause look at all the kids in these comics and from the other games, all of them met a grim fate, or flat out death, all because they wanted to escape and live. But even then, this world shows how unfair it is. As though Six did something horrible in order for her to live, so did the chubby kid in this comic, he “killed” the dolls. Though we don’t know who or what they actually are, it can be presumed they are somehow kids turned into them, meaning he killed his fellow students. Yet despite still doing the horrible things this world seems to require people to do in order to live, he was still met with a grim fate by the Teacher. So...yeah, this world has no happy endings.

Okay this proves there's something else going on with the Doctor. I just assumed that despite his body weight and size, he was merely just strong enough to grapple on to the ceiling. But in that last shot of Comic 3, he isn't even grappling anything, his palms are flat as if he's sticking to the ceiling instead. Very peculiar

From how I understood the 3rd chapter it looked like the girl had left her cell just before the Doctor came in (he can be spotted top right of the image just before she resurfaces in the next scene) and found her gone, and all her digging led her into another cell where someone else had been held captive. Saw someone compare the 2 cells side by side and they are different, the days marked are different. Luckily for her, the door to this cell was open, unluckily for her however was the fact that the Doctor was already patrolling the halls looking for her.

Seriously, The Teacher is horrifying here. Someone pass me a crucifix.

Not a chance because the character in the first chapter is six because she is captured by the hunter while mono sees her so goes to save her in little nightmares 2

In Japanese folklore there's a type of yokai known as a rokurokubi. During the day it's impossible to tell a rokurokubi apart from normal humans but when night falls a rokurokubis neck begins to extend until its several times the length of the body. A rokurokubis neck is flexible and able to get into places out of bounds to normal people with ease. My personal theory concerning the teacher is that her rokurokubi traits is a physical manifestation of her pathological need to exercise control over her environment and everything in it,the schoolhouse and her students.

I'm thinking maybe the school kids do remember their life as real kids or have some sort of semblance of sapiance, in the second story the kid stared in what seems like disbelief at the chubby one breaking his friends head. So they clearly still feel emotion, does that make it immoral to do it? Would life be better off the way it is for them, what's actually going to change once Mono reaches the tower? What if the broadcast stops but everything still stays distorted, will the world's inhabitants be in pain or maybe all just drop dead? I'm so excited to see how this all plays out

I found the room that the girl dug the hole in the actual game. I love that the comics are officially canon

Each comic ends with a child getting captured in each area!!!

I think that the children killed in the comics are related or are the glitches on the game. Cause if you notice on the second comic, the kid hears a scream and there are blood marks on the toilet outside the hunter's house, and later in the game you actually find a glitch there...Idk, maybe I'm wrong.

Maybe there will be dlc's about these kids and them escaping from the bosses. Not only will we learn more about them but about the bosses too

the comics are so high quality they look like movie scenes, the LN team hella pulls through with this franchise 😭💞

I think the final two comics might come out on February 10th seeing how the first came on 13th January and 2 weeks later on 27th January the second two came so 2 weeks later after that is February 10th though I might be wrong seeing how it is a day before the release of little nightmares 2 though it could happen

Yeah I heard a few people say they were releasing it every 2 weeks ( even though I couldn’t find any information on it at all) which makes since cause than the last ones would come out on February 10th, exactly 1 day before game launch. It’s pretty smart of them actually, their basically creating more hype until the game releases.

These comics all seem to end with the child of the episode being apprehended by one of the monsters here (Hunter, Thin Man, Doctor and Teacher) This makes me wonder if the next one will introduce new monsters that we’ve never heard of. Or, New ideas: Episode 5 will involve a new kid and the Viewers and Episode 6 will involve Mono and the Signal Tower, maybe right before the start of the second game! I generally just watch horror games on KZread, but I am so excited to actually play this myself!

I like your theory. In chapter 5 there is a picture of a cage so maybe there’s a warden monster and in chapter 6 there’s a community of children as well as mono so maybe he led the thin man to them Through the signal.

i think that the boy in the second comics in the forest has been tested by the hunter the girl by the doctor and the crying one by the teacher and they all passed the test and the thin man is taking them to make them the next hunter, doctor and teacher like this cycle of pretender-lady-granny. what do you think? edit: also the trail that given by anyone was like there job the hunter was to survive the wolves the doctor was to dig in the ground like dig in a human body and the last one was to be tuff with the bullies.

The boy looks a lot like the doctor, the girl looks a lot like the teacher... and chillingly, mono bears a huge resemblance to the hunter.

I feel like these are back stories of the glitches we found througout the game.. there are 18 glitches found in the game so there will be 18 chapters of the comic I think..

It would be pretty dark if the doctor was the one pushing the spoons out all along just to torment her, she never got out of her cell in the first place.

Her nose was bleeding from exhaustion, she dug through the floor of her cell to find another identical cell. Cmon man comprehension just gone

Not going to lie I've happily watched like 8 different youtubers read these comics and this will be my 9th lol I love these little comics and was excited for supper horror bro to read them ❤️💕💖 Also when you read them so much you start to notice little details you could have missed

Idea on the story : the hunter captures kids and prisons them in his house. Then he brings them to the doctor who changes them into puppets and brings them to the school where the teacher tortures them. A theory is that monos dad may be the hunter as he wears a bag like mono does on her head or the thin man.

I’m guessing he was most likely the one giving her spoons and once she found a way out decided to make a move on her. Because she never saw a shadow outside the door so it would make sense it was him all along.

The thing I find interesting is that none of these kids are passive in their survival. They are all actively trying to keep going even though the world around them wants to harm them as it turns more and more twisted. It makes you wonder. How long have they been doing this? The tale with the little girl honestly gets me the most. Because she didn't shovel into a new cell. She came back out of her own because she knew someone must have been giving her the spoons.

I love the little nightmares music, so epic, yet ominous.

I cannot wait for you to play this game, and for me to watch you play it! I got a copy of the first Little Nightmares game, and to be honest, using a keyboard probably was one of the reasons why I was so bad at the early levels... like, I'm very used to holding a controller, so it was pretty much like I have to get used to the controls. Thankfully, I was able to finish the game, but looking at the sequel... I'll just stat as a spectator. Seems like this game requires a certain level of finesse that I can't seem to do.

Looking around, I’ve found the world is bigger than the pale city, the maw, the forest, and the nest. In the first little nightmares comic, kids were sharing their stories in a vent in the maw. and one kid mentions him and his sister running from “the north wind” somewhere in the hilly country. What happened was the North wind struck a deal with the boy and transformed back to the Fairy man, therefore taking him to the maw. I’m curious where that part of the world is on the ln2 map

I saw in a video that showed close-up of children charred by Maw's surveillance eyes that one looked extremely like the boys from school. Same haircut, pants with suspenders and a bit bulky. So I have a theory, the teacher sent it to Maw after his great lack of discipline

What a coincidence!! I just downloaded the app before watching this video!!

I think what happened with the spoon girl is that she dug a tunnel then needed a new spoon so went back to her cell but noticed the door was open this time. There's a glitched remains next to the hole in the game so I reckon she must've tried to escape from the Doctor down the hole and got eaten by whatever is down there (if you throw the cheese you find in the other room down the hole, you can hear something gobbling it up and you also die if you jump in it). I'm really not sure tbh. Also, in LN1 when you're in the lift with Roger he picks up a spoon and is fascinated by it. So maybe he's the one putting spoons under the door? And the tally marks are all over the wall and the girl is way too short to reach. So lots of questions. I wish they'd stop just giving us more unanswered questions and actually answers.

My theory on this comics is they are explaining what happens to the children in this universe. EP 1 and 2 is probably "Capture" or "Take" them as both Six and Blindfold Kid got well... captured. EP 2 and EP 3 probably "Experiment" Like how the Doctor trolls poor Spoon Girl by letting her hope that she can escape the place and Crybaby getting dressed like an 80s depiction of a school boy getting bullied and punished by the Teacher.
