Lion cubs make their debut

Werribee Open Range Zoo’s four ten-week old lion cubs have ventured out of their nesting den for the first time with mum Nairibi.
They are very curious, climbing up over the rocks and logs, wrestling with one another and pouncing on mum’s tail. Nairibi already has her paws full, in trying to keep everyone together and make sure that they don’t stray too far!
As of Tuesday 21 February the four cubs will be out on public display with mum for short periods during the morning, but times may vary due to the cubs’ need to rest and to spend time getting to know the rest of the pride, including half-brothers, Kubwa, Kashka and Kito.

Every time the lion cubs looks at the screen, I can't help but smile and wave hello! I know, it's so dumb because they obviously can't see me. 🤦♀️

how can you like it? those animals are not made to keep it nice and sweet for the public! This animals should be not in a cages as simple as that! If you don’t see that then you don’t love them
