How explain
The sweetest human being I know from 1999, very caring, supportive and encouraging. Inspiring podcast this, I am 60 and have my knees replaced, working back to losing weight and cycling and walking as well as going back to work. Today I cycled and listened to this soul-calming, empowering podcast. Thank you Ryan to have brought my dearest and most valued and precious confidante Dr Kuldeep to speak on many common things that people are ignorant of and do not know how to go about it. I loved the walking methodogy explained and the break up of meals, solved

This was a great episode Ryan...thanks for bringing this doc....most points i also agree...but being a doctor myself having my questions on wearing N95 masks while exercising and cycling... don't know...many Indians may not be having the cardiovascular fitness and if unknowingly wear mask and does cardio it might push them over the edge...just a thought...but Kuldeep Sir has a valid counter point regarding Delhi's notorious pollution... living in a small less polluted city i guess I'm more blessed 🙏 fitness should be a way of life and podcasts like these are truly motivating... keep them coming 😊

Great video. Please talk about weight loss and maintaining health for people with IBS. All big doctors and nutritionists talk about the gut but never address this issue. It’s so difficult to do intermittent fasting with it and to also eat less. It’s difficult to even know if you’re hungry or if you need to go to the loo. It feels like you haven’t eaten, even though you have had a full meal and you need more food to feel satiated and in turn gain weight

Yes I know what you are talking about. Mine is meds-induced IBS and I fear food. How to eat well, lose wt and keep IBS in check, esp on Vegetarian diet

Should boil milk. Can cause bovine tuberculosis if you drink unboiled

That's great for solving digestive heat but don't drink it regularly only sometimes.According to Ayurveda unboiled milk regularly may increase your " vata dosh " .

They are different. Available on leading websites. Would advise only on blood tests check and diet plan.
Doctor i have something . I workout 6 times a week and eat clean . I had some back and neck pain and it turned to be chronic for sometime . I went to many doctors and every one said the same . Dont do gym .if possible do yoga . I didnt listened to them amd i continued doing gym particularly lowwwight deadlift, yoga and some neck exercises and its just gone . I dont know why too . Many doctors today are against gym . Why is it ? .is it only because it hurts their business or is there any other concrete reason .

That's because they haven't done gym exercises themselves.For muscle soreness take citrulline Malleat and taurine supplements and you will feel the difference.
