How do you marry less eating with high protein intake with intermittent fasting with someone who is vegetarian and doesn’t endorses supplements? Any advice?

I am in this category and its not so difficult see focus on ghar ka khanna and try doing portion control and also for protien intake u can use soya , paneer , tofu , greek yogurts, etc and my fav oats . U can eat oats daily and u can make masal oats or sweet with coco powder if u want or u can even make a cake out of it to fulfill your sweet cravings . End ur eating cycle roughly about 7 -7:30 for intermittent fasting . By this i lost 5 kgs and take roughly 50gm protiem easily

Literally it is not conveniently possible to meet full protein needs unless you do some supplementation - may be 1 scoop plant protein powder 24g protein , make shake along with water and some milk. This will cost you a bit. Next >> Soak, Boil, roast or saute the Soya chunks 100grams( I ll get 25-30 grams protein from this due to less observability). Or even have soya beans sabji Sattu powder - roasted mix of amaranth, pumpkin seeds, Chana, moong, peanuts, salt, hing, mirchi, garlic in right proportion,make powder and have 2 scoops daily that will have 14 grams protein. + eat regular Rice dal roti sabji which is made at home (barely 8-10grams protein). Plan to have lots of curd, some portions thru mix of pulses, mix of beans..

I am a vegetarian …started working out + eating clean + intermittent fasting from June 2023 and i have roughly lost 17kgs…i took it slow and didn’t crash diet like other people who glamorise losing 5-10 kgs in 6 months ..nah ..do something that is sustainable and that you can keep doing till the time you are 70 years old. First of all before anything else you need to believe that u can definitely complete your protein goal with diet only. My usual breakfast is tea + soaked nuts …lunch is rice + arhar dal/rajma/chana/chole + raita(ghiya/boondi/cucumber ) + carrots & cucumber…every 3 days i replace rice with a chapati with 20gms of grated soya /paneer and dinner is usually a cheela moong dal/besan/sprouted moong with paneer filling….when i crave something sweet i get epigamia greek yogurt flavoured ones (they do hv sugar but there’s some amount of protein as well) ..opt for healthy ice creams and desserts ..i prefer Get a whey ice creams ..even their keto cheesecake is 👌🏻 you will not even feel it’s a healthy cheesecake ..tastes exactly like any other cheesecake ..so yh first it is the “mindset” and thn everything comes second
