LG Electric Dryer Stops Mid Cycle?

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

This video provides step-by-step instructions for replacing the drive motor on LG electric dryers. The most common reasons for replacing the drive motor are when the dryer makes a humming noise, stops turning during the cycle, trips the breaker, won’t start, or won’t turn at all; however, other parts are more likely to be defective and should be checked first.

Thank you guys, I just did the job of replacing my dryer motor and 4 rollers in less then 2 hours. It would have gone a lot quicker if I didn't decide to clean every complaint in the dryer while I had it apart. But after almost 19 years, it was time : ) Thank you again for a very informative video!

It was very easy. Your video was right on target. I had trouble getting the blower off because the bolt was on so tight. The rest was a breeze. Thank you, Sue Key ( just a note, I am a 62 year old woman)

I found it easier to put a channel lock on the rear of the shaft near the belt path. I couldn’t get them to bite on the lubricated part of the shaft behind the blower assembly

Ok I did everything on here I I noticed that is a sound I here when I start the dryer, like something rubbing, so I took it apart, and left drum in and turn it with one hand and I realized that when the drum it even it moves great, but when I let it go and turned the drum it made that sound as if I had clothes in dryer, and it was to many clothes in the dryer and it makes my drum rub against the mount in the bottom, and I know that may be issue because I tell wife to put like four items in dryer at time and it runs just fine, but if we Wash a load and try it stalls
