    12:00 It's complete nonsense in this context that "If there's no victim, there's no crime." She was just trying to get your details because the police are obsessed with this. It also may have been a tactic to deter you from pursuing your complaint, because you would - understandably - be reluctant to give your details to this gang of criminals. If a homeless person were to be attacked and killed by a police officer, whilst other officers witnessed this, there would still be very much a crime. Even though the victim may never be identified. Police officers witnessed the assault. Therefore, if they were a professional and ethical bunch - which we know they aren't - they would have commenced legal action against DS199351 even if they never got your details. Surely it's in their interests to weed out bad officers that assault and batter law abiding members of the public? But oh no, they have far too much of a gang mentality for them to act in an ethical and professional way over this.

Yet o was covered in this person's blood they smered all over me putting my health and life at risk because I had an open self inflicted wound and she is a crack whore so could have any disease I could have caught and I was having a massive breakdown on those to police after. LEGALS A sham. 1) The officer with the beard witnessed the crime. That instantly loads responsibilities onto him. He should handle the crime (as it was a crime) and pass it to the CPS for review. His strange comment “ I saw it so I can’t process it” is the opposite of the truth, stunningly incorrect. ( I witnessed a murder, I saw him stabbed, so I can’t progress the crime …. Crap). To explain this the best way I can. For those that read my “LEGALS” you know what’s coming: “which section of which Act states a police officer should not handle any crime that he sees”? The truth is the exact opposite. 2) He says he should not investigate it, but then enquires about his health, just a as a Plod would do when investigating a crime he witnessed. 3) Both on your original video and now again here, the corrupt bearded Plod admits he observed the crime. Use that in Court. 4) I guarantee nothing will happen, because the Met is 100% corrupt. Officers have illegally unilaterally introduced a new “feelings clause” … ie. “We feel that the officers behaviour was reasonable in the circumstances”. It has no basis in Law. I guarantee their response will be “we’ve investigated this and …we will do absolutely nothing”. 5) Interestingly there are two offences here - assault & battery and illegal search (as PACE not adhered to - the beared Plod was correct there, and he correctly listed what was not done). You’ll have to take civil action for the first, and possibly the second (I’m not sure). Assault & Battery generates more damages than “hurt feelings because a search was not conducted properly”. You must sue. You must make Plod aware they cannot break the Law at will. It must go on his HR file. He should never make inspector, he’s a danger to the public. 6) “it is private property in front of a gate”…. By the young, ginger Plodess. This is why ginger haired people should NEVER be coopers! Only joking. I meant to say she spoke Bollacks. Utter, arrogant, confrontational bollocks. Won’t be long before that tongue gets her beat up on the street. PS. Funny how when the uniform comes off the attitude sticks like a bad smell…”WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!! 7) Middle aged man was wrong, legally. “Of course you do” [have to explain for your legal behaviour] utter crap… and not provide ID, utter crap from the lot of them. They’re all corrupt, they are constantly ignorant & aggressive, they certainly don’t know the law. 8) Your Twist, note … this is illegal. BEWARE. No you don’t have to go to a front desk. They are simply trying to change this to a “complaint against the use of force”. This is them trying to change the battery into …”amount of force used during a stop and search”. That’s a different matter. Don’t fall for it. 9) He was on duty. I think this is a lie. I say that because by stating (lying) he was on duty it supports their false narrative that the revised crime (non crime) was an “amount of force by an officer whilst on duty, employed during a legal stop and search”. They can ALWAYS defend that. Always. You MUST MUST MUST stick with I was assaulted … then illegally detained for a search. Otherwise it will be changed just a I have stated. Be aware. They are tricking you… don’t fall for it. Well done. Don’t forget “so what” and “which section of which Act is that”.

And because he did it without a crime being committed, he committed the crime of unlawful detainment. And they were still filming you at the end... After they told you they were not She was well out of order. She did not want to give you ant eye contact what's so ever Brilliant yet again brilliant matey just brilliant well done matey. For showing how they think they are above the law... What a joke.. Their family and friends must be so proud of them all. Trying to stop a member of the public who were doing a lawfully activity.. ( yes a lawfully activity) The inspector of the police station should use your video to show them all they done right and wrong....

    The man that attacked you outside of a police station and screaming "Police officer" was a member of the public seeking the help from YOU (police officer as far as he was concerned) and he grabbed your arm. Now under any other circumstances that might be forgiven, but in 'these heightened times of safety' and 'this day and age' etc add-nausium it would be expectant of anyone to slap that bearded clam around the cheeks until he let go. I'm surprised you held back mate. 👍

    Collins v Wilcock: unless exercising a power of arrest, a Police Officer has no greater powers than a member of the public does to detain another person, and therefore anything that went above and beyond ordinarily accepted physical contact (eg tapping someone on the shoulder to get their attention) constituted unlawful assault and battery. Robert Gough LJ’s Judgment in Collins -v Wilcock concludes as follows (at 11.78D-H) - “If a Police Officer restrains a man, for example by gripping his arm or his shoulder, then his action will also be unlawful, unless he is lawfully exercising his power of arrest. A Police Officer has no power to require a man to answer him…accepting the lawful exercise of his power of arrest, the lawfulness of a Police Officer’s conduct is judged by the same criteria as are applied to the conduct of any ordinary citizen of this Country.” Most cases of such illegal ‘detention’ by Police Officers involve physical contact such as the case of Wood v DPP [2008] EWHC 1056 (Admin) which once again involved an Officer taking hold of a person by the arm in order to question, but not arrest them (even if the questioning was in order for the Officer to form a view as to whether or not the person should be arrested).

    6:30 There is nothing about private property that means you have to stop filming. All private means in this context is that they maintain it, not the council, but it is still a public place. Unless there are signs up and valid objective reasons for the directives on the sign, there is nothing to stop someone from filming.

    Yeah what I never understood is how can they say it's not public accessable yet it's open to the public to walk in to make a report or enquiries etc. If it was not public accessable they'd shut it off and get the public to report everything on the phone to 999 or 101 and stick a yellow phone outside

  • @TheSadButMadLad

    @TheSadButMadLad

    @@5u1c1dal24 They can't say it's not publicly accessible since there is nothing to stop the public walking into the police garden. The police are depending on the top notch security system called social conventions which is why the public aren't actually in the police garden 24/7. That the public in general don't have a need or desire to walk somewhere doesn't mean that the public are barred from somewhere. Not many people walk on grass verges since they tend to be muddy or full of dog poo, but they aren't barred from the verge.

    34:00 The guy who took your photo using his own phone can't put it on the intel system since it's not on police property. Yes he can take your picture when he is a normal member of the public and off duty or on holiday if it was not part of his job. The statement that he'll put it on the intel system immediately associated the act of taking your picture as part of his job and not as a member of the public and means he's covered by GDPR and policing guidelines such as the use of body worn video. When on duty or doing something as part of their job, police have to follow guidelines and policy, and he didn't.

    I just despair when i see stuff like this because there probably won't be any action against the dickhead that grabbed you. If he's holding onto you preventing your free travel then that's detainment. You might get a payout but it won't come out of the coppers pocket. They should be made to pay for their own liability insurance. That's the only thing that will make a difference if they have to pay for their mistakes.
