She then shows that she has so little respect and even contempt for the guy who she attempted to get arrested by not having the common decency to go back and apologise for her error (wasnt an error was a malicious attempt at criminalising an innocent man). Imagine society if the public followed this police trainers example of how to behave and treat other people... Not a place many of us would want to bring up children.

This isn't one for the cops to investigate - it's one for your local MP to raise in Parliament. A proven liar should NOT be in post in the police service, far less be training them! Please try to go down this route rather than be palmed off by the usual suspects.

A police trainer, Juliet White 148 L the women responsible for educating new recruits on Ethics is willing to walk out of a station & lie on Camera to tarnish the image of a law abiding member of the public . That copper was so far out of his depth in attempting to answer a question, was awkward and couldn’t articulate….because he knew he would incriminate himself and the police from what was a legal activity and that woman was a bare faced liar. Embarrassing for the police once again, here do these clowns belong….one thing for sure it’s not protecting the public.

I was on a fire opposite Hendon training centre years ago and the security guard told me how two children had died in the police swimming pool and they had tried to cover it up. They did get fined in the end but I'm not sure the truth ever really come? The corruption runs deep with these crooks.

The Highway Code states that If someone has started crossing the road and you want to turn into the road, then the pedestrian has priority, so you should slow down and give way until they've crossed.

TL:DR; So WPC L148 Juliette White is a typically bully, she dishes it out, but when someone stands up to her she runs like a coward and hides and refuses to come out and apologise. That just makes it worse for her as it shows her whole attitude and morals are wrong and out of step with what the police should be.

A clear case of attempting to pervert the course of justice. Well done Yardley for getting to the bottom of it. I hope they rot in hell for what they do.

Paranoia, ignorance and ego make a toxic mix. As a retired sergeant in a regional force the common belief was that the MET have always scraped the bottom of a very deep barrel when recruiting. Now all recruits have to be graduates or take a mickey mouse degree in policing. This is a vanity project pushed by the College of Policing for their own self aggrandizement. Unfortunately common sense is not on the curriculum. This degree has it's appeal as they get paid a basic wage while studying (less than a PCSO). After graduating they have to serve 5 years before they can move on to a less demanding occupation. This "churn" suits police management as they don't have to fund generous pensions and they have a young fit (but inexperienced )force. Senior management are catered for also as the MET recruits Tesco store managers straight into Superintendent's positions. Yes really !

Criminals teaching new recruits how to be criminals also!!

How can we trust the police 🤷🏽‍♂️

ALL 4 members of the police were absolutely atrocious on this occasion, although are we surprised??? (maybe not) Not only did these two WPC's come out into the public to make false accusations and lie while not bothering to show their faces again to apologise, the second two WPC's!!! 1819 and 1109 were complicit. Talk about jobs for the boys and looking after your own. I have seen many many of these audits and police interactions when police support each other even when they know there is wrong doing. They dont care about public trust that is all hot air. Their aim is to extort, intimidate and control the public and the only way to stop them is by using the law against them. The peroxide woman the maliciously lied imo should have been put under citizens arrest for trying to hurt this innocent man under thee colour of law. Since that scenario carries a prison term under the law he had every right and authority to arrest her. Until a citizen is in crime they have the exact same authority as the police. People need to make them accountable in court because nobody else will.

Section 26 Criminal Justice Act : Section 26(1) provides that a police constable commits an offence if he or she exercises the powers and privileges of a constable improperly and knows or ought to know that the exercise is improper.

People have seen over, and over the abuse, even in front of the camera.

The seniors were willing to let their juniors arrest you. They never do it themselves. This gives them the chance to "BLAME" the junior officers. Perhaps this should be a part of your dialogue in future cases. Peer pressure is the name of the game. Make the juniors worried about the fools above them.

An utterly miserable example of modern policing in the UK today. It clearly shows just what the wider law abiding public are up against. Basically we haven't got a chance. The divide is total! Fair play to you for trying to see it through but the closing of ranks there indicates that whatever you may decide to do next will go nowhere. A very worrying state of affairs!

Who's surprised..? All coppers lie, and yes they especially lie under oath. That's why you should always film any interaction with the police if you're able to. And yes, officer's should call out colleagues for being disingenuous. Police forces should employ auditors to educate and school officers about what it means to protect and uphold not only the law but the rights of citizens.

I would think it is difficult not to be bif heasded when you realise that nerly every cop you come in to contact with is clueless, lawless and a bully and that you know far more about the law than those cops will ever do. Most of them stand around googling the law - imagine nurses or doctors standing around googling a patients treatment! It is more than embarassing imo and more like treason against the people of this nation.

i can't wait for the day that a public database containing every cops name and address makes its way into the public sphere. the courts of public opinion has passed judgement and sentence will be carried out by the roadside as soon as adequate intelligence is gathered.

That was a great audit sir. You handled yourself and the situation very well !! Afraid I can not say the same about the police and that is a shame! The training officers need sacking or the very least more training! How can we ever have good honest police when their training officers blatantly lie to try to make it look like you were doing something wrong ! They can't get you legally so they lie or plant evidence... Just standard practice

They need to check all of officer 148L written and verbal evidence in any case where she may have 'been mistaken' as to the actual events. It is too common for the police to give evidence which turns out to be incorrect and the defense is 'I did not lie, I was mistaken'.
