Isn't baffling once comprehending human nature on the attack and defense mixed together. Plus comprehending rules , regulations, policies, procedures, common law , statute law, cannon law, acts , fines , charges, constable, officer, chief and not lack of training but lack of not comprehending what it is being taught . 😀👍 . Personal and private often create pandemonium , look at our political employee's 😁 .

‘To plod or not plod’ audited this station a few weeks ago, there was a real stroppy cow on his video and a couple of other belligerent cops highlighting the disconnect between the public and police.

Their full name badge MUST be on display at all times whilst on standard foot patrol. So in fact there’s no reason not to say their name too.

never thank them for saying you can carry on filming, instead tell them your filming because you want to and not because they decided to let you film.

Excellent Audit the 2 PCSO goons not a clue the female was unbelievable her attitude was vile! So funny when 4 appear and start quizzing you hopefully you educated them all on the rules of filming in public! The final shot of them all coming off that coach was brilliant not one asked why are you filming?? like a scene from "Carry On Constable" - Well Done once again 10/10 for this audit - Please Keep Filming the public need to see this kind of thing - Stay Safe - PINAC! ----------

Considering the number of audits at that building I would have thought that someone would have had a quiet word with the people stationed there, however it appears that the hierarchy is just as useless as the common plod.

They’re not actually required to verbally identify but I don’t know why they have such a problem doing so. The shoulder dip is very rude.

@@nocommentuk oh yes they are,name number and station. Read law advisor Web site on police having to identify themselves. It states it is an offence and they can be disciplined and fined.

@@Pennywise180 That Law Advisor website is Australian so refers to Australian law. You have to be carful when researching online as a lot of resources relate to different jurisdictions. In the UK the only time police must verbally identify themselves is when carrying out a stop and search.

@@nocommentuk according to Jason Wells chief inspector of Telford UK all police have to identify themselves with name ,rank and number when talking to the public. Unless that law has changed in the last 10 years it still stands.

It's their attitude towards the public that gets me - bolchy and narccatistic

"not happy" is a feeling , not a law. Seems feeling are taking over and we all know why.

The first PCSO approached you, asked you questions and filmed you. That alone is reason to identify.

“It’s on my shoulder”…..such a belligerent attitude. The point about visual impairment is well made and officers should be mindful of this. Surely their diversity training should have covered this.

The law needs to be changed so they’re legally required to verbally identify for the reasons you’ve highlighted. If their number displayed on their shoulder then why do they have such a problem saying it out loud.

I think this whole audit is a sad and poor reflection on the Met Police. Policing by consent only works when Police Staff can communicate professionally and efficiently with members of the public. I didnt see that at all and at the end all the officers walking past you and not a 'hi' or 'are you OK?' from any of them.

You should always use this comeback about personal vehicles: Why do Police think it's fine to film members of the public and their vehicles AND use that information to prosecute? Yet they get their panties in a twist when we film them and their cars. Double standards.

This video is a classic training aid. Woman at the beginning was obviously under the influence of something, because she had no idea who or what she was! The two unidentified "things" were included to show how not to interact with the public! The class at the end was training on the right way. Would have thought one of the class might have gone and bought an apple for the teacher! Was impressed that the dreaded "Section 43" wasn't mentioned once!

Police should hire you as an instructor. You're fair and honest during educating. However, it is sad and frightening that a member of public needs to educate PC's on the laws and how to approach members of public. Exposing the corruption. Police is overstaffed, overpaid, undertrained and tyrannical.

If S/S, by law as specified in PACE they required to provide Name/Number/Station and (Warrant Card) if plain clothes.. firearms officers are exempted from providing their names. As part of their policy upon request by any member of public an officer must identify themselves as aforementioned. It’s very simple.. not sure why they routinely refuse to…

My Gran and Grandad lied when they said they'd retired. They're PCSO's at Collindale, they never used to be so rude and miserable, guess that's what happens when you put a uniform on. Just an insult to the community they are supposed to interact with.

I must say I’ve been binge watching your videos for ages now. I’ve seen some really good interactions but this one was brilliant. Calm collected given them the information that they need. I think you could actually go into the police Academy and train them from scratch fantastic work I’m going to keep watching I’ve learnt so much from these videos thank you so much.

I think they have learnt their lesson here by not stopping you from filming, they might have got the memo. Nice work. 👏🏿👏🏿

I was shocked at the lack of response to the Public Enemy #1 with the camera. What's the world coming to, I thought? Only 4 cops available to set on this high-profile target? Worrying! It's not 20k more cops they need, it's 200k, if this is all they can muster for such a dangerous situation. Then I watched the reserve battalion being bussed in at the end which made me feel so much better. Now the cops can go in with a full company to deal with future visits of this scourge of society. Heart-warming, isn't it? Not!

Funny they can make arrests on blue jeans hoodie wearing a mask might have been a black male. Every black guy in London gets chased down. But they can’t walk into the station and ask the desk person coz they both walk in there. 👍👮‍♂🤛

This is why they are hated......they expect everyone else to abide by rules but can't be arsed themselves..........bloody hypocrites

Enjoyed this audit, you focused on law enforcement officers correctly identifying themselves in the proper manner to members of the public, which the four constables did well. You spoke respectfully at all times and did not come across as anything but polite. Well done, let's have more of these "identify yourself" audits please 👍

Tragically a coach load of coppers went over a cliff yesterday, the tragic bit was there was two empty seats .
