    #3 is absolutely underrated for getting your passing form when no one else is around: kids, club, seniors, coaches, it doesn't matter. #10 is grossly undervalued,

    @@TheRugbyTrainerTV short to the point, you have pros sometimes, high quality video and your voice is clear( other than funny talking accent..LOL I'm USA) hahahaha you have good fun with it as well. I'm currently in Playa Del Carmen MX coaching the club this spring come check out the beach! :) Cheers.     all depends on your time. usually I do 1 reps on each hand for 2 to 3 sets
