Just by turning my wrist a lot more I seem to be able to hit the long balls further and a lot more accurately. @@TheRugbyTrainerTV
Great session and I like that Matt used the “league” pass, which is really just a flat pass or pass whereas you’re using the spin pass. it requires less technique so it can be pulled off a bit faster.

Great content, as usual, I have a question about rugby union defense, when defending during the game who organizes the numbers in the defense line mainly after a tackle has been made, I see a lot of juniors not being able to number up in defense fast enough. I know in league the fullback does a lot of defense organization.
