Yep I remember doing this while walking when I was a teen back in early 2k and the spiral pad behind back to throw over shoulder and catch in front. Also great to practice both hands

The Rule of the 1v1 Battle: - 5m by 5m Grid. - Start in the middle of the 5m Mark - Try line is opposite 5m line - Start by Defender touching the ball - Attack can then scoop the ball and try to score - Defender just needs to get back to the try line before being allowed to touch the attacker. - Defender ONLY needs to touch the attack to win before they score. - Defender can run anyway to get back to the line. - Attack (for this version can not dive for the try line). Looks like a fun skill session. Sorry for being slow, but can you write what the rules are? The defender has to face the attacker, get to the try line and then touch tackle the attacker?
